As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a staff member by the name of Scott he was nothing but professional and courteous I am a amputee and I wear a prosthetic leg and needed extra help and suggestions on my purchase to fit my special needs. he took time with me and helped me from start to finish. even the manager was polite and helpful. do to the exceptional way I was treated I returned yesterday to make another purchase and was treated with the same respect and professionalism. Scott was there to help me again that being said this will be the only cycling shop I'll do business with in the future.

They do service, trade-ins, sales - and they've got an excellent range of bikes and price ranges. I came here (way out of my stomping grounds in Little Rock!) to trade-in the aforementioned road bike. I loved it, it was beautiful, but I just couldn't rock in on the rough paths I tend to take. So! It was time for a trade. I called a few shops in Little Rock, but none of them did trades. One of them did, however, suggest two shops a bit farther away who did. So I called J & P! Right off the bat, they were awesome on the phone. Courteous, friendly, prompt, and had the answers to every questions I threw at them. Top marks! It may be a little out of the way for Little Rockers, but they've got what you need. And if you need it, these guys are worth the trip :)

My motorcycle had been sitting a long time without being ridden, and was not running well. I…read morecontacted Burn & South Motorsports to let them know about my trouble. They offered a pick-up service since it was going to be difficult for me to get the bike to the shop. Bernie came to my house and picked up my bike. After about a week, he called back to let me know my bike was ready to be picked up and ridden. I fully expected to have to pay for replacement parts, but he was able to get the bike going without additional parts. I like that they diagnose what is wrong instead of simply parts swapping. When I went into the shop I asked if the oil needed changing, if the battery was bad, or if the chain needed work - all three areas where he could have made additional money. Bernie was honest and told me that all three of my concerns, and my tires were all in good shape and didn't need repair. I also let him know my concerns about fuel going bad, so Bernie offered me a fuel additive that will help keep the bike running in good shape. If you're looking for a top-notch bike repair shop, with honest, ethical people that are passionate about their work, look no further than Bern & South. They've earned my repeat business, and I hope yours as well.

On a road trip just after Memorial day we stopped in Little Rock Arkansas and got out on the river…read morewith Sam Ellis at Rock Town River Outfitters. Due to a big rain earlier, we could not take the trip we had signed up for, but he worked with us and got us out on a different nearby river. My son and I got what amounted to a private tour on the water. He's a knowledgeable guy and very nice. Little Rock is a very beautiful area and Sam took us pretty deep into it. We learned a lot of the history and the natural features of the area, got in a pretty good workout, and had a great time. Sam also does bike tours and will tour the Arkansas River in the downtown area on kayaks and can also go out on a barge. We would do everything with him if time permitted but we were only there for a day. Time permitting, we will be back there one day and I'm hoping sooner rather than later. If you're in Little Rock I highly recommend look up Sam Ellis at Rock Town River Outfitters.

Service over the phone and inside the River Market location was very helpful. Make sure to get the QR code for the river trail route on Google Maps! The bike I rented was the most basic one, but very comfortable and was a smooth ride. Very happy they provide a helmet. I rented in December and the weather was just right. I just sweated a bit pedaling through the wind to get to the Big Dam Bridge! I also got to see the beautiful fall foliage. Again, highly recommend biking to see some of Little Rock's awesome sites and get a taste of nature.
