This is the most Beautiful Flower Shop I had ever visited. Smelled so wonderful, decor was outstanding and the employees were so unbelievably friendly. So, I left a not so nice review of Tipton Hurst a few weeks ago. It was in reference to some flowers that I had ordered for a funeral service. They were awful to say the least, but...after calling the store and complaining, I received several calls from them trying to figure out what actually they could do to make me happy. To make a long story short, and not going into other details, Tipton Hurst sent me a Gift Card, and refunded my entire purchase amount. As I told Mr. Hurst, I didn't expect all of this but it did convince me that they were genuinely sorry for what transpired and gave me the best customer service that I could possibly ask for. Generally speaking, their work quality is superior to many florists. We had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Hurst and he was very kind and helpful with facilitating the ordering process and our requests. Additionally, we had the opportunity to work with Katherine and she was very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure two separate deliveries to two different addresses. It is safe to say that this Tipton & Hurst location offers superior customer service. We most recently placed an order for several boutonnieres, corsages and floral arrangements. For what was described, the floral arrangements, though full and beautiful, were not the shape that we requested. We discussed this detail thoroughly and emailed a photograph outlining the shape and style that we requested. Still, the the floral design was not shaped as requested. Very disappointing, though still beautiful. Additionally, I felt like the largest corsages, should have been more substantial than they were. This was also problematic, though again, still beautiful. While Tipton & Hurst is great and has unlimited potential based on their showroom and other small projects, I feel that they can use improvement on their execution of their other basic arrangements. I still wouldn't hesitate to utilize their services, as they are likely the best florist in Little Rock, however if at all possible I would see the final arrangement and give approval prior to acceptance. read more

Fantastic customer service!!! I live out of state and made a phone order after reviewing options on their website. There was a mix-up and a frilly little lemon cypress was sent instead of the variety that looks like a Christmas tree. My dad was happy, which was all I wanted, so I was happy. My father ordered flowers for my daughter's 16th birthday. They weren't delivered as instructed. We were told "her mother picked them up" which wasn't true. Very upset with their service. Order a specific arrangement for my great grandson's funeral which include 7 blue roses and 1 white rose and a blue teddy bear. When it was delivered there was only 1 blue rosebud and 1 white rose with the teddy bear. My granddaughter was so upset. The funeral home called them and they came and "fixed it". They added alot of blue roses instead of the seven we ordered. The seven blue rosebuds were for the mom, dad, sisters and brothers. It was symbolic. I just called at 1 pm on a Saturday to place an order because my husband and I had forgotten his mother's birthday. They show they are open until 6pm. I was transferred from one store to another, had to call back after being cut off and finally told they had no delivery driver. I just won't be taking my business back here because if I treated my clients this way I would lose my job. It is the age of going above and beyond with customer service. Tipton & Hurst did a wonderful job with the flowers for my friend on his opening night in the Arkansas Repertory Theatre production of "Chicago". Mind you, I don't call and just order any sort of flower when a friend is opening in a show. I have to have a "theme" to the flowers as regards the show and/or the friend's role in that show. And, at times, that theme can require specific flowers, colors, looks, etc. and what would work in one instance but not if a certain flower wasn't available. Yes - think Meg Ryan ordering dessert in "When Harry Met Sally". My friend called the arrangement "gorgeous" and, from the photos I saw, that adjective was quite accurate. Wow! My partner and I are in town from Northern Virginia/D.C. visiting family, and we just happened to drive by this place. The windows were so alluring, we stopped in with hopes of finding some good Christmas clearance decor, and we definitely did. The entire store was decorated with stunning merchandise, and everything was on sale. We left with a large bagful. Much more than what you'd expect to find at a florist. They also have a vast assortment of real and faux flowers and plants, and a huge walk-in cooler for freshly cut stems. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
