We ended up purchasing a complete bedroom suit and a Catnapper power sectional. We purchased during the Thanksgiving time and was told that the sectional would arrive before Christmas. The bedroom suit was delivered a couple of weeks after purchase. Fergusons kept telling us the sectional would arrive the next week, the next week the next week. We ended up receiving it late January, while we had been using lawn chairs to sit on for 2 and a half months. We had the sectional for 4 days and the power lift on this sectional was engineered so badly it was ripping the material and bunching it up in the assemblies. It took another month for Fergusons to come out and explain that it would need to be replaced as well as the other end of the sectional. and they told us it would be months before another sectional would even be available. After so much POOR customer service we decided to let them pick up the sectional and give us our money back. Well, this store will not give you your money back or stand behind their furniture, so they would only give us a store credit. We ended up purchasing from another sectional at a quality store in Little Rock, which we should've gone to originally (the store that starts with "H" had us set up and delivered within 2 weeks). We had a $4000 credit at Fergusons that I didn't want to allow them to keep, so we bought a recliner (way overpriced) and then a power bed that we put in our spare bedroom (we were just trying to get our credit back, we already had a bed in that room) and it took over a month to deliver it, because they had mistakenly posted their paperwork as being delivered to our home. Well, we ended up having a $1000 credit remaining and I refused to allow this store to keep any of my money, so I went in looking at their artwork, just to get square with this store and found one picture I liked that they priced at $350 (could purchase online at any store for $100). And then I went in again last month to see what artwork they had once again. I was greeted by the usual salesman, and he told me that I would need to get this credit finally resolved (LOL, this salesman with the nerve after ripping my wife and I off about $4000 and wasting our time over a year and a half). I found another picture that the store had listed for $650 (the same pic I found online for $250) and that would square us away. All in all, this store probably cleared about $1000 just in cash from us with their underhanded credit refund practices. Nope, they don't even deserve 1 star, I had to give them that to make this post! This store is nothing but a small Ashley furniture store with a pitiful selection, that will force your credit back to them so they will not have to refund you, just drive 5 miles down the road to the main Ashely store and purchase from them if its Ashley furniture you want.

I didn't have the cash, they have a program, and a couple of months I'd have it paid. OK. I applied for the program a day or so later, the washing machine was delivered, no paperwork. Long story short, according to SNAP Finance, the Extended Warranty can not be paid for in payments. Johnstons says I had a balance on the washing machine, delivery charge, and tax for $290.?? Not the $149. And I paid over $700 to pay SNAP off. If I can keep from it I will never use Johnstons or SNAP Finance again. Anyway you look at it the paperwork was falsified even though Joe Johnston said he is a fine Christian Man

NEGATIVE 10 stars!! this store and company are a JOKE. we've been owed over $5000 from them since…read moreFeb 10th for an order they repeatedly lied about parts not being in the warehouse/then none of it was in the warehouse. at purchase we were told delivery would be late Jan/early Feb. mid February we call and are told they're waiting on some of the pieces at the warehouse. we ask for what's there to be delivered an we will pickup the rest ourselves when it comes in (an option we confirmed at purchase would be ok) they then told us NOTHING was in the warehouse and it would be mid March before it would be there, then allow time for deliver. we then CANCEL the order on 2/10 and are told 3 business days it will be back into our bank account via the debit card we used at purchase. 5 business days go by. we call and they tell us they have swapped system and a check will have to be mailed from corporate we should have it in 14-21 days. so then we wait that time frame. call back are told it didn't mail out til 2/23. now it's 3/16 we still don't have the check. Have called the store. They can't tell us anything. Have chatted online they told me a refund wasn't even processed yet but she "processed it today" and it will be in our bank account via debit card in 7-10 days. I highly doubt it. But there's no way my money should sit there from 2/10--3/16 before you even refund it when I cancelled the order on 2/10!!!
