Bargain Brothers is a company that thrives on offering discounted returned items, but their business practices come at the cost of basic fairness and respect. Customers are expected to wait outside for 12+ hours without access to a restroom, and anyone who leaves briefly risks losing their spot in line--regardless of how long they've waited. This disregard for humane treatment is unacceptable for any legitimate business.
In addition, the company runs a so-called "lottery" for early line positions, yet provides no transparency in how winners are chosen. It raises questions of fairness and integrity.
Even more concerning is the bias and discriminatory treatment I have witnessed firsthand. While certain customers are overlooked for breaking store rules, others--particularly African American customers--are treated with suspicion, stopped at the door, or spoken to rudely. Such inconsistent and discriminatory behavior creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment that no community should have to accept.
The only positive aspect Bargain Brothers offers is the discounted pricing. Unfortunately, the way they treat people is starting to outweigh the value of those deals. A business without honor, integrity, or equal respect for all customers cannot and should not be trusted as a fair or community-minded establishment. read more
