They won't help. It's a circular hell. Now to top it off they lied to my sister and told her the phone wasn't paid off trying to get her to pay it the fees. I have my mom's Jan bill showing NO payment plan was involved confirming it was paid in full. The complete lack of kindness, empathy assistance and follow through on what we're told would happen means we will never do business with ATT.

I haven't been to a Best Buy due to poor customer service I had received. Today however was quite different. I visited the Apple area in the store. After waiting a short time, a guy named Jaz asked if we had been helped. I told him I had not and he said he was happy to help. He checked my phone. He could not solve the issue so he took my phone to their Geek Squad. A couple minutes later he returned. My phone was back to normal. Jaz was friendly and efficient.
