Both times I went there they said that the manager needed to be there to release the phone to me and both times the manager wasn't there and I was told that he would be back the next day both times I went there on the time of day they suggested I'd be there. I've already waited for my phone as it was on back order and now I have to wait another week because now I'm getting another phone from a different location in a different state. All because of this incompetent manager of the store cannot appropriately train the children working here. I'm thoroughly pissed I've been a T-Mobile customer for 25 plus years and no one even including me with the years under my belt should not be treated like this.
