I have been needing some more jeans lately and a friend suggested AEO. I have honestly never…read moreshopped here before, but I loved the jeans she was wearing and trusted her opinion. In the past I have usually only bought very expensive jeans - they have been great and I love the fit, but sometimes (eh most of the time) my wallet does not appreciate it. I believe in buying high quality clothes and other items, because a lot of the time it last longer and is truly higher quality with fit and feel. However, AEO has converted me to their jeans! They have sales every so often, which is great! Their prices are awesome anyway, but sales make it every better. Their jeans are around 30/40 dollars. I found a lot of pairs that fit and felt great. That is not always common with jeans. The price is right, so you can buy a lot. They also seem to be high quality at least for the price. I have not been wearing mine for long, but my friend says hers have lasted a long time. Customer service at this location was good and helpful. The store and dressing rooms were clean and organized. A prime example of that is; we had ordered some clothing needed for an event that I am traveling for today. But the clothing was delayed coming from the vendor. Anyhow, it was arriving this morning at fedex. But my flight was schedule to leave at 9am. Jackson took it upon himself to not only get in touch with fedex, spending some time on the phone for several hours the day before. But he went to fedex bright and early in the morning before their doors open to catch the first truck before they placed the item on board for delivery. He sent me a picture from fedex at 7:15am. He was able to get the package by 8. He drove to the airport anyways. lucky or not, our flight was delayed by an hour and although we had already gone through security. I went back out through security and received the items. I'd say that's A+ service at its finest. I highly recommend them for your tailoring services. They will continue to get my business.

We got a call on the 13th saying that it would be delivered on Sunday the 16th between nine and 10.. it never showed up. I called Jonathan at JCPenney's, he's a young man who sold us the mattress very nice guy. I feel like none of this is his fault.. He called the delivery people who told him they don't even deliver on Sunday and he called me back and said they would call me within an hour and a half. Five hours later I called Jonathan back because I received no call. He gave me the phone number for the delivery place I called them. They wanted proof that I did not have the mattress. I was told that those guys would always call if they were not going to deliver a mattress, but we got no call and we stayed home all day waiting. I was told they would see if they could find the mattress and that they would call me for sure the next day or the next day has come and gone. It's now the 18th still no mattress, still no call, but they have our money. The blue truck delivery service that JCPenney uses is an absolute joke again I would never buy anything from JCPenney that needs delivered. In fact, I believe we will be not buying anything at all ever again at JCPenney.!!
