Our house has exterior lighting with halogen bulbs. We were not able to find halogen replacements in the same size. I went to the Rogers Batteries Plus with one of my halogen bulbs. The team was extremely helpful. They advised they did not carry the size I needed, but would research to see if they could do a special order. They found a vendor that stocked LED replacements for what I needed and placed an order that day. They notified me when the bulbs arrived. The LED replacements were a perfect fit and will be much more energey efficient than the prior halogens and will have a longer life span. This was my first experience with Batteries Plus in Rogers. FFirst time customer to Batteries Plus. My original Jeep Wrangler battery was 7 years old at this point and at the end of its useful life and needed replacing. I purchased a replacement battery the summer of 2022 and an X2 was recommended. This is a very very expensive battery, but I was assured by Battery Plus it was a great battery and I would not have any problems for years and years and it had a great warranty. Well, the battery worked fine until my Jeep didn't start this week (Dec 6). My alternator tested fine and Jeep only has 35K miles on it and is garage kept. I brought the battery in to Batteries Plus Dec 9 and told the employee it seem odd to have stop working so quickly. The employee said defective X2's do happen from time to time. He said they would charge it and call me back. He did not call the next day, so I called them. The employee told me that they would not warranty it since it was not charging or holding a voltage. Duh, I told them that already. The employee said I mistreated the battery since it would not charge. He threw out lots of different scenarios where I was the bad guy and must have did something wrong to break the NEW BATTERY. Wow, big flip flop from the night before! My only sin was driving the Jeep (shame on me). He said I would have to wait additional days and to talk to his manager on Monday, but assured me that they battery would not be warranty as his manager always denies all warranties. So much for a 4 year warranty. I am extremely angry and upset about this warranty fraud and want to warn everyone about Batteries Plus in Rogers, AR. I saw from previous reviews that this business is good at responding in a manner that misdirects readers into thinking the fraud is being resolved. Please know it's not true. I never miss treated the battery. Just read the response below from the manager then see picture with this review. Based upon other reviews, I suspected fraud, so I took a picture of the battery reading before I took it up to Batteries Plus. Update 12/13 - Frustrated and upset, I thought about exchanging it at Sams Club, but I purchased an AGM battery charger instead. I charged the battery over one day, and it is functioning again. Holding 13.6V at 100%. Gosh I wish I knew about this company before ever purchasing. Please protect yourself from being lied to and stay away from this company. read more

I thought batteries came in varieties of AA and AAA, until I needed a replacement for my "new-to-me" digital camera. I was sick of my battery draining on my 4 yr old phone. Other than that phone is in great working shape. Job was supposed to take 45 mins but since the battery they had turned out defective (glad they didn't use it because it could've been a potential fire hazard) and had to get a new one from a different store they knocked off $10 for the inconvenience which wasn't a big deal for me to be without my phone overnight. They had it ready early next morning. Also back of phone cracked from age and they replaced it free of charge. I already thought price was fair and glad I didn't have to spend $100s on a new phone when the one I already have is still working. They also asked me if I had any other issues on phone I needed them to check out which I thought was cool that they were thorough. This was first time visiting this place as I just moved to Arkansas a week ago and I wanted to get my iPhone 7 Plus fix so I made the appointment at 10:00am in the morning. I showed up a little early to my appointment saying my name and what I was there for, and they were really nice and greeting me by the door. After I got checked in and everything I left my phone there for about a hour and I was fine with that; when I came back it was brand new. Went to Batteries 3/21/18 for a new phone battery. Didn't work so returned the next day. Phone still draining so went to Macro-bytes. They ran a diagnostic on my phone and told me they wouldn't touch my phone because Batteries put a third-party battery in my phone without disclosing this inform ation to me. I told them I paid $79 for the Batteries battery. They advised they would have only charged me $29 for a new Apple battery. Plus I'm stuck with a bad battery. Very disappointed!
