Brian was very helpful in the midst of a crowded store and under staffed. He didn't seem to let the crowd or complaints of people bother him as he focused on helping me get my copies laminated. Ever since this store started accepting Amazon returns.It is gotten very busy and people complain about the lines all the time. I prefer coming to Staples over Office Depot. Not that they have a better selection.But just the fact that I believe Staple's Customer service is much better. Save your time and go to Office Depot. Customer service here is atrocious. I had used their online next day printing services to print 5 x 7 cards which should have been ready next day. My order completion time came and went. I called the store and was on hold for over 20 minutes before they answered the phone at the print center. I asked them when the expected completion time for my order was and they couldn't find it. I was told it would be ready first thing the next morning. I called at noon to confirm the order was complete and it still was not completed. When I went over to pick up the order, I inquired about another printing service, address labels, and was told it would take 2 days to complete. Absolutely ridiculous experience. read more

had a line wrapped around waited 30 minutes in line and it still hadn't moved . customer service was awful. they had another check out light on. so we left the line to try that one. a worker was sitting on his phone and said sorry go to the line. I have been in twice to return Amazon. Both times the store Manager I believe Jeff was extremely rude. The first time he was grumbling the entire time and throwing the Amazon returns into boxes. I brushed it off maybe bad day. Now I just left the store again. As I was walking back to the counter he mumbled as he walked by me "What is with all the people and their returns, then I as walked out to leave he was glaring at me shaking his head. Not really sure what his problem is considering we haven't interacted and his store is contracted with Amazon but this guy definitely needs an attitude adjustment. read more

I love the printing service here. Staples is now only open 8-8 weekdays. After checking yelp, I drove all the way here to pick up invitations because it showed open until 9, they are closed. Closed at 8. So frustrating. read more

Absolutely ridiculous store staff. They couldn't print my business cards centered and tried to tell me that they had to fix the design, even though it was a template from their site. The woman in the print shop did nothing but argue and deny that it was off center, refusing to take a ruler to it. When I asked them to refund my money, she just walked away. Terrible. I recently purchased a Union & Scale™ FlexFit Dexley Mesh Task Chair, Black (UN56946) online thru this Staples store. Staples didn't have it in stock so I ordered it online from them and had it shipped to the store to save on shipping. I got an email & text notification that it had shipped. Then again a couple of days later, saying it was out for delivery. Nothing after that. So I called the store the next day to see where it was and they said it had arrived. So I went to the store to pick it up. They couldn't find it. So I left witht he promise that the manager would call me as soon as they figured it out. 2 days later I called and was told that it had arrived but was put on the showroom floor and sold. So they ordered me another one. The same thing happened again. It arrived and they sold it. I called Staples (customer service). They called the store and I was assured that a replacement was ordered. A week later I called the store again to follow up and the manager told me the chair had arrived but she didn't have my phone number or email to be able to reach me to tell me that it was there? Really? An online order through an account and you don't have any way to contact me? So she asked if she could have the chair assembled for me as an apology. I said yes that would be appreciated. She told me to give them an hour and it would be ready. I arrived and she slid the chair over to me to leave with. I grabbed the headrest to start pushing it and it fell off. They hadn't even put the bolts in the headrest. So when I got home I went back through every bolt and tightened them all. There were several that needed it. Not the chairs fault but it still plays into the over perception of my purchase. read more

Hooray for Staples, this one is located barely a quarter mile from an Office Depot. Do they really have to be that close? This one has decent hours and a good selection of all the office supplies you could possibly need. Paper and pens, printers, ink cartridges, and what I was looking for, a new journal for carrying to client sites for making notes. Prices are... not low. But hey, that's the way it is when you have what people want. read more

I've always been a fan of buying supplies here whether it was for work, school or personal. Something about Staples and you want to buy all the things and be super organized and on top of everything haha. I recently came for a very specific purchase and was able to find it and it worked out great. I also picked up a few other items. I was greeted when I came in and when we checked out the service was good. Pricing wise there are cheaper options in the area, maybe not for all items, but for some that I noticed. However, the item I was looking for was not at the other stores, so luckily I found it here. read more

A standard Staples that had what I was looking for in stock, centered in a huge parking lot, and moreover did a very quick turnaround on an online order which I'd requested for pickup. Friendly staff, particularly the younger gentleman from the Technology department who was manning the register and training a new hire. One bit of downside to this store is that it's hot. As in - unbutton your shirt and bring something to fan the air with hot. Not sure why management don't see the need to run their air conditioning, but it does lead to people shopping in a hurry. read more

Have had issues with this store twice when trying to get something printed. First instance just needed something printed quickly. Went in to get the copies made and was told that they had other people ahead of me. There was no one in the store and they were doing copies for a large order. They could of squeezed me in or directed me to their self service area and how to use it but did not. Second time I had a document on my website that I wanted to print but they refused to download it and print it. I saw online at the staples.com site that they can print from Google drive so I copied my doc to that and went back in to ask them to print it. The same worker did not know how to do that and refused to help me again. Another worker that was not on the clock showed me how to work a copier that was supposed to be with the google drive printing but that copiers card reader would not work and would not print. Waste of time all around. Don't claim you can do a service when you can't. If you can't do whats asked of you then you should at the least give the options you are able to do to help the customer. read more

Adam was fantastic! I needed to return a few items, pick up some toner I ordered online and cancel a botched second online order. He knocked everything out in record time. He also price matched all my items and applied applicable discounts at the register saving me quite a few bucks. The kicker was his positive, "can do" attitude. Come to think of it, the whole experience was like that "that was easy" button they advertise. LOL. Ask for him by name when you go. I certainly will. read more

This is the second time that I have tried to do business with a Staples. In this case, I needed copies made from a thumb drive. I biked over to the business. There were two employees in the copy center--one talking to a customer and the other just standing. I actually had to wait for someone to acknowledge my presence and it was when a third idle employee came over from a front cash register. I told her what I needed and she said that was a drop off job and when did I need it. I explained that I had biked over and said, "How about now," indicating that they had no other jobs to do. She said she would help me at the self-service, which turned out to be .$59 a copy because the thumb drive only worked on a color copier. This is the second time that a Staples employee has tried to sell me an expensive solution when a simpler one was at hand. My job could have easily been accommodated on the spot. People come to businesses for solutions, not to be ripped off. No one at this establishment made any effort to help me solve my problem. I did not make copies for $.59, by the way. And in the previous case, I did not take their $200 solution to a $25 problem. Instead of getting a life-long customer, Staples has lost a customer for life. read more

The worst service I have ever received! Entered the Rogers store to have a copy made of a large double sided pattern. They scanned one side and then ran the pattern back through the machine only to print the scanned side over my original. The original pattern is now ruined. They will do nothing to fix their mistake! Do not use their copying services if you cannot afford to lose your originals. read more
