I just stopped in to get 4 small presentations bound with a black back and clear front. They said they couldn't do it now with 2 hours to closing and no one in the store. They said they wouldn't be ready until 6pm the next day. All they had to do was punch holes. Ridiculous! read more

I was traveling through Rogers Arkansas when I stopped at the Office Depot. I needed a script printed and bound for the following day in another city. A lovely employee by the of Liv was assisting me and said my stuff would be ready tomorrow. I explained to Live that I was from out of town, I was just traveling through and I really needed my document sooner. Live said to come back in an hour and she would see how much she could get done. When I came back in 45 minutes Liv had my 112 page document bound in a spiral notebook and all ready to go. Liv was awesome and and really really helped me out when I was in a bind. She is an awesome employee and a great person. read more

I have to give this Office Depot some mad props for coming to my rescue in a pinch recently. I went to my normal office supply store across the street (*whispers*.... Staples...) to get a PowerPoint presentation bound for a meeting I had in literally less than an hour. Well, Staples, and their rude staff failed me miserably. Office Depot and their AMAZING staff were my "knights in shining armor" and had my presentations printed and bound in less than ten minutes. Although a little pricey, the convenience and incredibly helpful staff made up for the prices I paid for the service. Well played, Office Depot. Our desk came on the 2nd business day (They said 3-5 business days) - so that was great. However, the driver did not call me the night before like the person at Office Depot told me. He called about 15 minutes before. I wasn't at home and didn't hear my phone since I was helping a friend sand some wood. Anyways, luckily I called him back within a few minutes to tell him I was on my way home. The guy came back - he was only a minute away. I was a little surprised he just left it on the porch. This weekend we finally opened the box and my husband built the desk with a little of my help haha. It took him a long time, but he finished it and it looks great! read more

Placed an online order for some back to school supplies for a family member. After getting home to run a full inventory, I noticed some items were missing from the order and called the store back to let them know that it may have been a missed bag and was told to come back the following day to get the rest. Upon arrival, the staff endeavored to track down the missing items and solve why they were missed initially. They were great! They had positive and genuine attitudes of the situation. Once they found the missing items, we were on our way! It turned out to be incorrect labeling stickers placed on the original ones on the items that were 'missing'. read more

I needed to drop of a return purchase. There isn't a FedEx store near me, only FedEx operations in another stores like Walgreens & Office Depot. I had the return label, only needed a pair of scissors & tape. My first encounter was with a friendly gentleman who directed me where I needed to go. I approached the counter asking for packing tape & scissors from the guy at the counter. Looking like a deer in headlights notwithstanding, it made no sense to me how hesitant he was. I had to repeat my request & explain I would do it myself but I needed the tools. He seemed to know where the tools were so his lack of urgency confused me. He seemed to second guess his every step. I don't know if this is a symptom of store culture, Covid uncertainty or corporate protocol but I felt like I was putting him in an awkward position by asking for a very common service. He seemed either scared out of his mind or put off by me there asking for help. I can't tell with masks on. It was dumb. It made me feel dumb. This was @5:30pm 11/24 Walnut location. read more

I placed an on-line order for a wifi scanner and replacement ink cartridges from Office Depot on Thursday October 10. Delivery was scheduled for Monday October 14. Tuesday came around and still no delivery. Despite having called the 800 number on the date I placed the order, to confirm the order was placed satisfactorily and receiving no info to the contrary, no delivery. Until today (when I initiated a second call), I was never informed that I failed to put in the correct security code from the back of my credit card. Bad technology. Poor systems. Poor and lackluster service. Advice: Why would ANYONE EVER make a purchase here when they can get 99% of the products sold on this site and in Office Depot stores on Amazon Prime without all the BS excuses? Hmmm. read more

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. Dan at the print/copy station was so incredibly disrespectful to me and my father when we simply asked for some help. His tone was condescending and submissive, and overall he was utterly USELESS. The self-service print machine that was in his department had several problems that needed assistance. But rather than helping us with these problems, he was nowhere to be found. Instead, his manager, Cindy, was kind enough to step in and pick up the slack on his part. I can not believe how ridiculously disrespectful this encounter was and I SERIOUSLY recommend someone train him better to do his one and only job. read more

I visited OD in Rogers, AR recently to look at/touch/feel desktop keyboards. They had five on display, but not one "ergonomic" keyboard to try. I found a boxed model and asked a young man to open the box so that I could try it out. First, he told me it was the same model as one on display. No...it wasn't. I had to point out the differences to him. Then he shuffled around and said that he didn't want to open the tape on the box, even though he could tape it back. I told him thank you, no problem, all the while he is asking me if I'm sure I don't want him to open the box, and left. Never again. read more

The Manager, Davis and the rest of his team really came through for me today! Our company is doing a team building event in which I needed a lot of cards printed out that I made on the Avery website. Needless to say, when having the cards printed out the pages were not lining up properly at all. The team at Office Depot could have just given up and told me it was my problem and something I potentially did wrong. Instead, Davis took ownership of the situation and after several attempts, he was able to get the pages to line up PERFECTLY! This made me super happy!!! This was the first time I had something printed at this location. I will be back! Thank You again to Davis for going above and beyond to make things right for me. It helped more than he even knows. I bought a HP laptop around Nov 2014 with in 1 month I started to get pop ups. So I called office depot and they told me to bring it in so I did. He told me that it would cost $175.00 to fix it. So about a week goes by and he calls me to pick it up. So I get home with the computer and his work order is on my desk top. So I have a death in my familu and Im out of town for almost 2 months. So I get on my computer and guess what here we go again with pop ups. So I call them about this problem and they tell me its going to cost me another $175.00 to fix it. I'm done got a worthless computer. I will never by from the again. read more
