Ever since this store started accepting Amazon returns. It is gotten very busy and people complain about the lines all the time. I prefer coming to Staples over Office Depot. And most of the time to me that makes all the difference of where I will return to do business. Thanks, Brian

They have always been slow and not very courteous. This was my experience yesterday. Prescriptions were called in at 4pm. Went to pick it up at 5:30. Was told they would be ready at 7. Showed up at 7, like we were told to do, only to find out pharmacy hours are 9-7. So the Pharmacy was closed. Finally received a notification at 10am the next day that medications were ready. I'm tired of being treated like livestock by this pharmacy. Will be giving CVS a try instead, although it is several miles out of my way. Update: Showed up to pick up medications only to find out that two out of three were not even filled. Something about insurance not covering them, so the pharmacist sent them back. 48 hours later, still no medications. Last time I will be using Walgreens pharmacy. This is absolutely ridiculous.can't treat symptoms without the medication, wasn't even given an option to pay out of pocket. Only option this pharmacy left me is the Emergency Room to address any symptoms. Last place I want to be in this Era of Covid.
