Every time has been no greeting whatsoever when approached. And then completely ignored. As soon as the associate saw my books that needed spiral bound, the response was " We aren't doing those anymore. Your books broke our machine! " No simple apology we can't process those anymore, a rant that it was all the customers fault. On the other hand, the SPRINGDALE store was more than gracious. Even had a sign to welcome our organization and let us know the next date they would be spiral binding. Springdale will get our business from now on even though we have to drive outside our community. Do better Fayetteville, we like to support local.

This was not communicated and I was overcharge $100 to ship the package. When I tried to talk to them they berated me and told it was my fault that they added dimensions/that I didn't know my packages original dimensions, and aparently that it is procedure for them to ALWAYS add 2-3 dimensions. So don't go here as the local owner is SCAMMING everyone by having employees add dimensions and then berating you for TRUSTING the employee to correctly measure and charge. Was also rushed out of the store even though it was 5 minutes before close.

I handed over the file on a USB thumb drive. I knew what I needed, and had nothing but a prayer that it could be printed and cut before the mail went out. These people accommodated me without flinching, treating me with nothing short of--dare I say?--love. Being fascinated with machinery, I asked if I could see their bad@$$ paper cutter. They immediately walked me back to the production floor where I watched my order flawlessly printed then cut by a veteran operator running a precision beast of a six-foot-wide, razor-sharp paper guillotine that puts the French Revolutionary Jacobins to shame. This was never corrected. Against better judgment, we decided to try and send another package via UPS, but decided we would go into an actual UPS store. So we went into the location on West Sunset in Springdale, AR. A very nice young man helped us box up the package and told us it would be there by 12/26. Well, today is the 27th and I can't even track it. When I try, all I can see is that UPS doesn't even HAVE THE PACKAGE! How can they not have it when I was inside the UPS store? No one ever answers the phone at this location either. How and why does this continue to happen?
