I strongly recommend avoiding The Sign Guys LLC…read more They took my payment and then failed to complete the work they were hired to do. Throughout the process, my calls went unanswered, my emails were largely ignored, and the few responses I received consisted of one excuse after another. The only person I ever had any contact with was Alecia Tomlin, who identified herself as the company's CFO. Eventually, she emailed me to admit that The Sign Guys LLC could not complete the work and promised that my money would be returned. That refund never came. After giving the company repeated opportunities to resolve this directly, I was forced to open a fraud claim with my credit card company just to try to recover the money they owe me. The entire experience was shockingly unprofessional. A reputable business does not take a customer's money, fail to provide the promised service, ignore calls and emails, promise a refund, and then keep the money anyway. Based on my experience, I would not trust The Sign Guys LLC or Alecia Tomlin with your money.
