That's when Zach and the store manager (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) took over my account and ran through all the possibilities, eventually finding the problem and fixing it rather quickly. Those guys deserve the 5 stars; not the company. After my phone is paid off I will be leaving ATT after 13yrs of doing business with them. For some time now some people just couldn't call me. It was giving them a disconnected message as if my line was cut off. There's no way to know how many of my customers and relationships have not been able to reach me. Att's service cannot be trusted. They won't help. It's a circular hell. Now to top it off they lied to my sister and told her the phone wasn't paid off trying to get her to pay it the fees. I have my mom's Jan bill showing NO payment plan was involved confirming it was paid in full.
