I came in on a Saturday morning. No one in waiting room. Waited about 10 mins. Nurses were great. Taylor was super nice! Saw nurse practitioner within 10 minutes of entering exam room. Had to have a steroid shot so stayed an extra 15 mins to confirm no reaction. Other than that, everything went amazingly fast and all people I interacted with were professional. I even drove a little farther than my nearest Urgent Care facility to go here, because I've always had positive experiences.

I also let them know that I could not reach anyone when calling as a patient. I was told they'll take care of that right away. on the 3rd and 4th time calling back = they had not corrected the problem (and I had to select calling as a doc or hospital before live person answered. Given how rest of ratings are, I don't think ANYONE should entrust their health to such an operation. For what it's worth.

On the other hand, he has one particular nurse there, she's a Hispanic nurse (i say that for identification purposes only) that Dr. Haws has, I've asked her name and I was told they call her Cece but her name tag said something like Cecilia or something. This woman is HORRID!!! She is the rudest, meanest, saddest excuse for a nurse ever. She refuses to let you discuss anything other than what the receptionist wrote down when you made you appointment and if you try to anyway she stops, looks at you like you're stupid, rolls her eyes, and stares at you until you stop talking and ignores every word you just said. On my last appt there the receptionist misunderstood what I said when I made my appt so when I was telling this disgusting nurse why I was there, she started SCREAMING at me, shoved the paper from the receptionist toward me and said that's not what it says here, and I have tovpit your info correctly in the computer so the Dr can read or before he comes in. I was so shocked that she was screaming at me and being so aggressive, that I just sat there at which point she said "well, whatever I guess well see how it goes then" she then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and I kid you not she SLAMMED the door on her way out. Five minutes later I heard her badmouthing me through the patient room door to the other nurse and the Dr. bc she was calling me names and being extremely loud. Obviously if she's so comfortable being verbally abusive to a patient she saw for five minutes, she's done this before. I'm worried about the elderly around her, it wouldn't surprise me if she was rough with them. She has no business being a cashier at Walmart, let alone a NURSE!

He also says he's "not trying to be a block to treatment", for instance if you suggest a treatment that isn't his first line, he'll explain to you why he thinks there is a better option to try first. But if appropriate, he'll let you have input in regards to your own care. He also does a great job of trying to help you select options that save you money, and doesn't run unnecessary tests or prescribe unnecessary meds if there are other options that are cheaper. My wife and I have both been to him multiple times and we remain satisfied with our doctor. We also have no problems getting appointments and they'll even work you in on a walk-in if needed.
