Your call is directed overseas and they will not put you through to the store where you are doing business; I really don't like this. I like to be able to talk to someone that I have talked to inside the store not someone who I have trouble understanding. I did not have a complete prescription from my optometrist's office and had to get that and was told that I could email it to someone inside the actual store. Now I cannot make contact with that person and I want to see if my prescription has been received. This is an edit to the original review.
