Absolute predatory sales tactics and unacceptable customer service.
I came into this store and dealt with Matt. While he initially seemed very nice and knowledgeable, he used high-pressure, pushy sales tactics to talk me into buying $2,850.00 worth of shoes. I explicitly told him I needed to go home and discuss this major purchase with my wife first, but he aggressively pushed the sale anyway, so I reluctantly put it on my credit card.
When I got home, my wife rightfully pointed out that we needed to wait for our insurance to cover this type of purchase. I returned to the store a mere two hours later to undo the transaction, only to be told that they have a "no return policy." I have never heard of a retail store refusing a return just two hours after a purchase. To make matters worse, Matt promised he would call me later to resolve the issue, and I never received a phone call.
This business is now holding my money and refusing to cooperate. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be contacting my credit card company to file a formal dispute, report that the business is refusing a return on un-merchandise, and have the charge removed permanently.
