so me and my couple of friends went to dollar tree in the mall. One of my friends grabbed a cup excited to be there and the employees saw us and assumed that we were trashing and stealing. They kicked us out immediately and we complied and they proceeded to call security and police which shouldn't have been the case because we complied we felt deep betrayal and heavy discrimination of sort. I assured the so called "employee" that we truly weren't doing anything l. I don't recommend this place 0/10. I truly wish this place will change not to mention the slurs the mall security called us and over just trash employment. I rlly don't recommend this place read more

A friend of mine had gotten kicked out for doing nearly nothing but merely grabbing a cup in relation to his brothers.Then a woman who had no verification decided to kick us out for basically nothing and we complied. Yet she still had called security which led to the cops and we complied. But still got threatened and a unneeded curse word that was very hostile towards us was used. While visiting my sister in Bentonville, Arkansas, we visited the lovely Pinnacle Hills Promenade mall in nearby Rogers. I was surprised to find such a great array of beautiful stores and restaurants. I loved that it is an outdoor mall. All the stores open to the small streets, so that you could park right in front of each place. The architecture, layout, and landscaping are all very well-done. There were many nice shops including Lululemon, Athleta, Havertys Furniture, in addition to a great array of restaurants including Local Lime and PF Changs. read more

The Promenade has always been one of the prettier malls to see. It is always clean and there isn't a shortage of shops to visit or places to eat. It's a good place to go with some friends. They've also got the Malco Movie Theatre and Dave and Buster's if you want to have more stuff to do. I wish there was more than one bathroom area, but it has always been kept super clean since I've started going here when it opened. read more

I moved to this area about a month ago from Southern California. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a good shopping area haha. Well, this place was the answer to my worries! It is a great outdoor mall. Has really good stores and restaurants in the main mall area and on the outside area of the mall. The architecture, landscape, and layout of this mall is very nice. This spot reminds me a great deal of Southlake Town Square in Texas (only not quite so high end). It's a great place to stroll, hence the name. It has the usual stores, Dillards, Williams-Sonoma, Eddie Bauer, etc. It was just a peaceful place to spend a late afternoon shopping. read more

When they grow a little more - add a cheesecake factory and a Macy's type deal they'll be more setup like the standard malls around US mid-size cities. Very nice and well kept mall and a chill atmosphere so far. A few snotty stores here and there that come and go but overall has good customer service as a whole. Biggest issue - a lot of doorways are made of tile so during rain/snow/ice etc, these areas are slick and immensely dangerous; just dumb on the architects part. Curious to see how it will grow and change as the area continually changes. read more

This outdoor shopping area is lovely. Parking is on the street and with the different store fronts it's reminiscent of shopping in a small town. The stores are diverse; JC Penney, Hot Topic, Holister, Maternity specialty stores, shoe stores, jewelry stores, etc., and restaurants. We found a directory on a street corner and see the complex is quite large. So much shopping so little time. read more

Within 5 minutes of being in the store they started making us very uncomfortable. I was comparing jeans and she keep asking every 5 seconds if she could take them from me and I kept telling her no that I needed them to compare and figure out what one I wanted to buy. Then my buddy asked to try on the clothes he picked out and when he was in the changing room she kept getting down on the ground and looking underneath the changing room door. I kept asking the lady for assistance but she was to busy watching what he was doing from under the door to even help me. He wasn't only trying on shirts either he had a couple different pairs of jeans so I know she had to of seen him almost naked. Then within 10 minutes of us being at the store they had a police officer come in and the mall security outside the store. This place has about anything you can think of in the way of shopping. Pricey places to budget stores. On my pretty days it is a nice upscale area to window shop and walk around. Plenty of food service places. Really glad to see this shopping area in NW Arkansas. read more

I took my cousin to windsors today and it was amazing! Beautiful clothing and formal dresses for days. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had the assistance of Sidney and she was amazing! She made our trip there definitely worth it. I don't know how much she makes hourly but with her people skills and overall interest and help to get us exactly what we wanted and were looking for, incredible. She needs a raise or a bonus. It's hard to find such good retail assistants that care and are willing to go the extra mile to help the customer out. Sidney was just amazing. Loved the whole experience and time spent inside shopping. read more

This is a mall worth driving from Van Buren to go to (which is about an hour and a half). Even though they have the same stores as the Central Mall in Fort Smith, this one is larger, has more veriety in restaraunts, and is an outdoors mall. If it is raining, then people are more than likely not going to show up. BUT! Given Arkansas weather it is usually nice outside. Which makes this mall all the better :) My reason for four (haha) stars is because parking is sometimes hard to find. If you do shop here, be prepared to walk! A nice walk never hurt anyone though (a say that). Like I said before, this is definitely a nice place to go when I want to get out of the Van Buren/Fort Smith area and have fun. MiMi's Cafe is a good place to eat for casual food- very tasty. PF Changs is one of my favorite chains, but I didnt have the best experience when I came here. It is essentially a fancy Chinese restaraunt with NO MSG! :D Have fun! read more

This place is somewhat nice to walk around. Parking sucks, hard to find. Everything seems to close early. I always take days off from working since they don't work pass 7. COVID is almost like non existence but I think two hours won't make a difference. Not much branded stores like zumies, H&M, no Zara, just random stores and dillards which is also in the other side of the "mall". Very nice outdoor mall with anchor stores including Dillard's and JC Penny. Also has a nice mix of small and local stores i.e. Savoy Tea company, Rogers jewelers as well as traditional chains like Loft and Children's Place. If you're hungry there are a bunch of different food options, PF Changs, Mimis Cafe, Land & Cattle and more. Unfortunately the food court is closed and has really been empty for a while. I'm curious to see what they do with the space. There is a small children's play area as well a Malco movie theater. Pinnacle is always clean and well maintained. It's a great place to walk around with the family or just take a break yourself and enjoy the sunshine, fountains and fresh air while window shopping. Located near the highway it's easy to get to and has plenty of parking. It's also beautiful at night when they light up parts of the rooftops...during the holidays the lights are even nicer. For a relaxing shopping experience it's a great place to check out. read more

I love walking around a mall in the sunshine. On a beautiful day like today it was nice to walk around and window shop after eating a big lunch. There is a good variety of stores, but parking can be a bit troublesome. It better to park in a large lot in the back and trek than it is to try to get a close spot and deal with pedestrians. I was super excited to find my favorite store that I had previously only thought was in Branson and Little Rock. It is a beautiful place as well. read more

Well kept outdoor mall. Always thought the outdoor mall concept was a bit bizarre, isn't that what downtown Main St. stores are for? Alas people love the big box stores/chains. Anywhoo Pinnacle Hills has a nice variety of stores that you would find in any typical shopping mall. The setup is nice and the whole area is fun to walk around and wander. I came here on a Tuesday so parking was super easy but could see it being a huge issue on weekends. read more

Great variety of stores. They keep their walkways clear and you don't have many of any people bothering you when you walk by the kiosks. Love the restaurants connected to the mail. Pf changs hoolihans and Mimi's but the food court is sad and such a waste of space. They should do something with that. Maybe an indoor play area or whatever. I'm not a huge fan of shopping malls, but the open air layout makes it a lot nicer. The layout also makes it much more enjoyable when there are large crowds because the streets are wider than in a normal shopping mall. There is also a pretty good selection of stores, and to top it all off, my favorite two places in the mall (PF Chang's and Banana Republic) are right next to each other. read more

Well, normally, I like coming here when I come to visit my grandparents from where I live in Texas, but my visit here today was a little upsetting. When my grandmother and I went to the bathroom in the JC Penny's store, our umbrella was stolen from our cart. Now, I can expect things to be stolen like that where I live, but it kind of breaks my heart when somebody steals an umbrella from an old lady who has trouble breathing. That particular umbrella has been in my family for over twenty years, and would seriously like it back. I still can't believe that somebody would steal an umbrella from my grandmother. read more

This outdoor mall is among the best, in my opinion. It is very open and actually feels like a tiny model city. Comparing it to similar outdoor malls like Branson Landing (in Branson, MO) it comes out ahead in my opinion. While its main focus is chain stores and prices aren't cheap (it's not an outlet mall by any means), I think it is an asset to northwest Arkansas. My husband and I discovered this place six or so years ago completely by chance, we were vacationing in nearby Eureka Springs and hadn't even heard about it. At the time, I was psyched to see a Sephora store in the middle of suburban Arkansas! This is a great place to shop, eat, and see a movie, but I think it would be even better if they added more activities besides those three. Perhaps a rock wall, games, drop-in yoga or arts and crafts, pottery painting, etc. I realize it is a mall and not an amusement park but I just think it would add even more to the existing attractions within. read more

For the most part it is okay. I like how open it is. I would not recommend going into, near or even think about giving any service to the JcPenny Salon. The old lady at the front was so rude. Throwing her hands up into the air, shaking her head vigerously, saying, "All you wait, we cant do a thing until registers are open".FYI, Only threepeople in there WAITING! Very patiently. No issues.
