I said hello when I walked in and was stared at as if I had 3 heads. When I asked if the dressing room was open I just received a nod. I asked if they would hold the gift items I had chosen at the counter while I tried on a dress. They were literally snatched from my hands with one falling to the countertop. No apology. After, there was no , "Hey, did that dress work for you?" I walked up to the register to check out, again, no words, no thank you for your purchase or for coming in. Complete disinterest in me or the customers right before me. For a higher end gift shop this is unacceptable and will definitely lose customers.

He called the delivery people who told him they don't even deliver on Sunday and he called me back and said they would call me within an hour and a half. Five hours later I called Jonathan back because I received no call. He gave me the phone number for the delivery place I called them. They wanted proof that I did not have the mattress. I was told that those guys would always call if they were not going to deliver a mattress, but we got no call and we stayed home all day waiting. I was told they would see if they could find the mattress and that they would call me for sure the next day or the next day has come and gone. It's now the 18th still no mattress, still no call, but they have our money. The blue truck delivery service that JCPenney uses is an absolute joke again I would never buy anything from JCPenney that needs delivered. In fact, I believe we will be not buying anything at all ever again at JCPenney.!!

I wanted while taking care of everybody else and helped my wife find the cold-weather clothes she needed will be boosters of this great part of Motorcycle, heaven, Eureka Springs Arkansas. They knew the best places to get black. Peach cobbler and find a reasonably priced motel for the night, and I have the answers for every question 16 people ask them, all the time with the grace and humility, that only the finest human beings have. This is not even talking about the facility, which is supporting an animal shelter, a "no kill animal shelter!" In very short order, my wife had the comfortable clothes she needed, and I had filled up my entire collection of John Grisham novels because they had every one I didn't have since John Grisham the fabulous writer is a local man. Both Kim and Peaches, understood exactly what I wanted for a road trip Pointing me directly to video courses on enjoying opera and being a better manager and provided their help without breaking a sweat while helping other people at the same time. Peaches And Kim were excellent and everybody else in this marvelous, immaculately, clean facility or just as nice. Some other patrons and myself were peppering them with questions about the Eureka Springs area from where to buy the best peach and blackberry cobbler to finding a less expensive place to spend the night of the week. These two incredible women helped everybody and kept their coffee cups full ( one dollar per cup). And to top it off, they have local honey in this thrift store that is exquisite. My thanks to both of you and this incredible facility. You are the epitome of the wonderful hospitality the Ozark mountains are so famous for. Great job you too! We will be back. In the past I have usually only bought very expensive jeans - they have been great and I love the fit, but sometimes (eh most of the time) my wallet does not appreciate it. I believe in buying high quality clothes and other items, because a lot of the time it last longer and is truly higher quality with fit and feel. However, AEO has converted me to their jeans! They have sales every so often, which is great! Their prices are awesome anyway, but sales make it every better. Their jeans are around 30/40 dollars. I found a lot of pairs that fit and felt great. That is not always common with jeans. The price is right, so you can buy a lot. They also seem to be high quality at least for the price. I have not been wearing mine for long, but my friend says hers have lasted a long time. Customer service at this location was good and helpful. The store and dressing rooms were clean and organized. This store is located inside the outdoor pinnacle promenade and their is street parking right outside of the store. There are also parking lots located on the outside of the mall.
