However, it can get packed when events are happening downtown. Nancy is the designer and owner and she is wonderful. So friendly, personable, and gives great customer service. She is a lawyer, turn fashion designer. In her experience, she could never find the perfect, comfortable pencil skirt, dress and professional clothing. So she designed her own! Her clothes are very stylish and comfortable at the same time. The clothes she designs are made in NYC and she picks out the fabric and sources it. She also has a few other brands in her store, for pants and shirts. Let me tell you... I tried on a couple pairs of pants and they fit amazing! So comfortable, the fit was perfect, great material and high quality. I was not expecting to walk in and find two great pairs of pants. I'm sure if I tried on more, I would have found more clothes to buy. They are truly flattering pants. Pricey, yes, but so worth it. These are classic clothes made of high quality that will last! The only down side is the outlet is it is nothing like their other stores. They carry the items that did not meet their standards to sell in their upscale stores - so more Goodwill quality. Some items are very worn and have holes and stains. They have A LOT of merchandise -men's, women's, and kids along with books, toys, and housewares so you do have to do a lot of digging and browsing. Most items are sorted and hung but some are just in bins. I do wish they had carts or bags to shop with and fitting rooms. Even pop up fitting rooms like they use at events would be nice. The pricing is OK here, it is by weight which can get expensive. Kids toys are $1 a lb and books are only 50 cents a lb which is awesome! But clothes and shoes are $4 a lb which I think is quite high unfortunately for the quality of items. Both times I went with my kids I got a few items -a pair of jeans, a skirt, and 3 tops and it was $24! Not what I expected for sure since I pay that at their regular stores for nicer brands/items. However, they do have frequent sales and a rewards program so you can save money that way! It's definitely worth checking out and you are supporting a non profit and their local causes.

It is nicely organized and the quality and variety of clothing is nice. The prices can be a little high for used items but they often have sales on certain color tags. They do also have upscale items like designers purses and shoes. For consigning you don't need an appt and they take items Mon, Wed, and Friday up to 30 items per visit. You get paid cash or store credit on items that sell. Overall, I haven't made much money but they do seem very picky on what they take b/c they have such a huge stock of clothing. I was excited to find this kids' resale shop in Bentonville. I usually go to Once Upon A Child but…read morethought I would try this shop for reselling my kids' clothes and shoes. I had a huge basket full of clothes and shoes, most in excellent condition and some brand new shoes. Easily over 100 items. I sorted everything and dropped it off. They called me within 10-15 min and said they had already gone through everything, which seemed fast. I came back, and they did not take ANYTHING. Of all the consignment and resale store I have been to, this has never happened, especially with 100+ items! I asked why she did not take any and she said they only want Nike and similar brands for shoes, and that was her only explanation for anything. I feel like this was a complete waste of a drive from Fayetteville and all my time. I won't be back for resale again, and I don't recommend if they are that picky and don't even tell you why. HOWEVER, the store was quite large and had a large selection of kids' clothes and just about anything else for babies and kids. I did not look at prices but I will give them 3 stars for the nice stocked store and variety but not the resale experience.
