The store itself might look nice on the outside, but the experience inside is a different story. The main manager is honestly one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Instead of being professional, supportive, or helpful she comes across as rude, dismissive, and completely unapproachable. It's clear she doesn't know how to treat employees with respect, and her negative attitude spills over to customers as well. Good management makes or breaks a store, and unfortunatel, this location suffers because of her. Shopping here ends up feeling uncomfortable and frustrating when it should be enjoyable. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this location to anyone until they make serious changes in management

I took my teen daughter for the grand opening and she and I both found clothing items we loved. They are open 7 days a week and they also have rewards you can earn when making a purchase.

I also find really nice seasonal/holiday ramekins for my Souffles, Creme Brulee and Bouchons I make for holiday gifts, along with other hard to find kitchen utensils at great prices. Now the sad part of this review is the "Hit or Miss" quality customer service. Some of these employees don't care to be here, while others love their job and it shows. I am one of those ridiculous bargain shoppers who gets a thrill looking for the good deal. In this store there are definitely some amazing deals to be had for clothing, but there is a lot of work to get to it. This is where retail outlets send the absolute last things remaining, so you have to appreciate much of what ends up here has minor damage, or not so minor damage, or may have been miss-sized or made incorrectly or something to account for the fact it was sold for pennies on the dollar. But mixed in with all this damaged stuff are the jewels that you'll have to have a lot of time and patience to find. I recommend getting on their mailing list, as they will tell you when they have large events, and you get additional discounts on occasion. I have attended these events when they got a giant shipment of swimwear and have picked up swimwear in hard to find sizes for $3-4 a piece. I've gotten formal dresses for $10-15, nice brand shoes for $10-$20, name brand workout ware for $3-8, etc etc. My last trip through I got 2 French Connection brand sweaters that retail for $120 for $15 each. So if you are a person who finds thrill in the hunt, and has the time to hunt, come check this out and get on the mailing list. Since I have never been asked for ID, I was unprepared to show ID for a 5 dollar purchase. I find it concerning that they choose who to ask for ID as it is convenient to them. I don't mind showing ID but if I know in advance, if you have a policy in place, post it and enforce it every time. These days showing ID is not securing your credit card from a breach it only means you are the owner of the card. Great policy but so flawed with the current threats of fraud and harassed over a 5 dollar flip flop purchase. Wow. Not worth my time whatsoever and the attitude of the cashier. By the way. They have little shopping bags by the front door that you can use to put items in while you shop. The store is very clean, organized and pretty - it makes you want to shop.
