Stopped in Kohls today to return a shirt and buy a different one. Went to Customer Service. The woman waiting on me , needs to learn to be a bit nicer when she speaks to someone. She needed my Kohls card. Told me if I used it she could give me 30% off. Otherwise it's 15% I kept looking in my wallet and not finding it. She was not happy at that point that I couldn't find it. Huffing, she said looks like 15% for this. I forgot they had changed the card. Found it and she just stood there. She did give me 30% after. I turned around and there were a few people behind me. If she was trying to hurry me, why not call for someone to help at Customer Service instead of acting like you did? It didn't solve anything and caused a review like this for Kohls. Being nice doesn't hurt anyone. read more

Everything from the service to the ambiance makes me feel like shopping for jeans to other clothing items and even accessories here more often than not is where I feel comfortable shopping. However I'm not completely crazy about rearranging the registers . read more

Customer service at this store is horrible Lots of people on the floor working but only 3 cashiers and they refused to check out at other registers even though they weren't busy. Called and talked to a manager after I left without purchasing they didn't seem to care. Guess they don't realize the costumer pays their salary it'll be a long time before I go back in that store read more

I was greeted at the door with a friendly hello. The greeter informed us of their cleaning practices, which I liked. I was able to find 2 cute tops today. Yayyyy it feels good to shop for something cute to lift the spirits. *The social distancing & masks are appreciated. Also the young man at the register throughly cleaned all surfaces at his register, which gets a BIG BRAVO from me!! read more

I always shop the clearance rack here. Great for my business casual work attire and many items can be purchased for around $10 a piece. For every $50 you spend, you get $10 "Kohl's cash" which can be used at a later date, with no minimum purchase. read more

I am not an avid Kohl's shopped, but have generally had good experiences here. Where I've had challenges are that the checkout lines can be very long, and the shoe area frequently looks like a hurricane came through. I'm will not that I think there has always been someone in the show area trying to clean up, so that might be more a reflection on us customers! My most recent trip to Kohl's was to pick up an online order. I placed the order around 11am on a Sunday, and received a text a few hours later it was ready for pickup. The parking lot (and checkout lanes) were full, but the signage directing me to the pick-up area was easy to follow. I was a little concerned when I saw the queue of folks with returns, but pick-up had it's own queue, and someone greeted me after just a moment, scanned my e-receipt, checked my ID and went to retrieve my purchase. Department store with loads of clothes. While lots of it is at full retail price, don't be deceived. Look closely. I picked up several dress shirts at 40, 50 and even 60% off. There are other non-clothing departments, but I didn't go in to those. Furniture, jewelry, housewares, fragrance and luggage. One would assume those items are also marked down. read more

I've decided I hate you. It's not your products or your associates it you're return policy and regulations that make it that I will never shop here again. I got a couple items for Christmas that were to small and wanted to exchange or return them but I didn't have the receipt. So I can get a store credit for the lowest ticket or clearance price not the retail value or the price you still have them listed on the floor. They told me I could run around the store and find items with the same suggested retail price but it had to be the EXACT same price. I couldn't go over and pay the difference or even go under which is frustrating with two kids running around trying to look at tags and try to price match to exact numbers. Im good.... read more

Respect for the customer! My cell phone was missing when I returned home after shopping at two department stores. The employee named Evan took my call for Kohl's. He asked for a description, went and looked in the dressing room, took my name/number. His communication and customer respect were 100%. The manager of the store also showed concern and demonstrated customer satisfaction 100%. Positive attitude, respect for the customer, honesty = customer satisfaction. They earned my return for further shopping. Kohl's also has an excellent return policy. read more

Kohl's heavily promotes big discounts such as 30% on their Kohl's card. They also promote Kohl's Cash with purchases. I took advantage of this for Christmas shopping, spending around $400 on gifts. When my recipients exchanged gifted clothing for something they preferred, both the 30% and the Kohl's Cash were forfeited, rendering the promotion meaningless. For example, two pair of $75 jeans cost me $105 plus I got Kohl's cash for another $20 meaning $170 in retail value for $105. Sounds like a good sale, right? When exchanged, the $20 was canceled and $105 was credited to a gift card for my gift recipient, meaning, we really got $105 of retail value for $105. The reason I shopped here was the promotion, and this reason was completely removed by "Kohl's Policy." (When I inquired with Kohl's, I was told, that my math was wrong, and Kohl's Policy was quoted repeatedly, there was no concern about our loss in value. I corresponded with at least 4 different people at Kohl's, they are well versed on how to tell you how you are wrong.) read more

Customer service at Kohl's in Bentonville is terrible. Not the cashier's fault, I checked with the manager. It's clearly her fault. The shoe selection was terrible, nothing decent in my husband's size except one pair. We grabbed it and went to the register and noticed a shoe string was missing. He went back to get another pair, none in his size so he grabbed the next size and asked if he could take a string from that one. She said no. He said he just wouldn't buy the $70 shoes then. She rang him up and put the shoes away without comment. I asked for the manager. She said the cashier technically did nothing wrong, but she would "give" me the shoe string. I declined, and said if she did nothing wrong then I guess we made the right choice. Shoe store next door has better selection, better prices, and MUCH better service. Got 2 pairs for less than the $70 we were going to pay at the Bentonville Kohl's. read more
