I was told that those guys would always call if they were not going to deliver a mattress, but we got no call and we stayed home all day waiting. I was told they would see if they could find the mattress and that they would call me for sure the next day or the next day has come and gone. It's now the 18th still no mattress, still no call, but they have our money. The blue truck delivery service that JCPenney uses is an absolute joke again I would never buy anything from JCPenney that needs delivered. In fact, I believe we will be not buying anything at all ever again at JCPenney.!!
