It's a bit chaotic and perhaps a little disorganized but they have a constantly updated inventory of tshirts, tops, bottoms, outerwear, dresses and home goods. These are items that are generally not available in the Samaritan Shop. It was a pleasant experience. The staff we encountered were especially helpful and unlike the regular thrift store, some of their merchandise is available online and can be set aside. Warehouse 479 is definitely worth a visit. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is varied - but always eclectic, cool, high quality and they seem to specialize in mid century on the furniture. The prices can be high - especially on their furniture - but the pieces are consistently high quality and functional. So from that perspective - it is good value to find quality pieces in excellent condition from whatever era the pieces hail. Having said that, we have found some real steals through the years here too. The consistent quality is what brings us back time after time.

I said hello when I walked in and was stared at as if I had 3 heads. When I asked if the dressing room was open I just received a nod. I asked if they would hold the gift items I had chosen at the counter while I tried on a dress. They were literally snatched from my hands with one falling to the countertop. No apology.
