I was surprised to find such a great array of beautiful stores and restaurants. I loved that it is an outdoor mall. All the stores open to the small streets, so that you could park right in front of each place. The architecture, layout, and landscaping are all very well-done. There were many nice shops including Lululemon, Athleta, Havertys Furniture, in addition to a great array of restaurants including Local Lime and PF Changs.

She needed my Kohls card. Told me if I used it she could give me 30% off. Otherwise it's 15% I kept looking in my wallet and not finding it. She was not happy at that point that I couldn't find it. Huffing, she said looks like 15% for this. I forgot they had changed the card. Found it and she just stood there. She did give me 30% after. I turned around and there were a few people behind me. If she was trying to hurry me, why not call for someone to help at Customer Service instead of acting like you did? It didn't solve anything and caused a review like this for Kohls. Being nice doesn't hurt anyone.

He called the delivery people who told him they don't even deliver on Sunday and he called me back and said they would call me within an hour and a half. Five hours later I called Jonathan back because I received no call. He gave me the phone number for the delivery place I called them. They wanted proof that I did not have the mattress. I was told that those guys would always call if they were not going to deliver a mattress, but we got no call and we stayed home all day waiting. I was told they would see if they could find the mattress and that they would call me for sure the next day or the next day has come and gone. It's now the 18th still no mattress, still no call, but they have our money. The blue truck delivery service that JCPenney uses is an absolute joke again I would never buy anything from JCPenney that needs delivered. In fact, I believe we will be not buying anything at all ever again at JCPenney.!!
