The Target at Eagle Rock Plaza was a really disappointing experience. The store smelled bad, several employees were rude and unhelpful, and to make things worse, the elevator was broken, which made getting around very frustrating. Definitely not a location I'd recommend visiting. read more

I love this Target! It is clean, well stocked, and has an Ulta and Disney store! So much nicer and bigger than the Fayetteville location! Employees are nice too and the location is easy to get to, right off the interstate. read more

I Love "Target" and shop weekly and have for 40+ years, . I always find there stores very clean and organized and lots of inventory. And a friendly staff . I was so disappointed and disgusted. By the way people had thrown clothes all over the floors no people that worked on the floor even thought about picking any of it up. It reminded me of going onto a trashy garage sale. I asked a sales person if they could help me find my size in jeans she said no that wasn't her department so I went to customer service. There were two employees up there and I told them how disappointed I was and how I've never seen a target like this before they were offended. I just felt like the management should be aware when I got to the store, it was not busy. He would've thought the people that did their closing duties the night before would've had things folded and organized, make it easy for customers to buy everything I was looking for was already gone. Target needs to hire more staff. I felt sorry for the young lady in the dressing room. They were piles and piles of clothes that need to be put back on the shelves and clothes all over the floors. It's easier to do online shopping and not have to deal with poor customer service. yes I took pictures. I will never be back to that store. I will continue shopping at target and other towns. Ok soo I am actually rating a big box store..... but it is needed! This target is the the best in NWA! I live in Fayetteville and after continually getting frustrated with the low inventory in Fayetteville I went to the Rogers location. This is my second trip to the Rogers Target and I am blown away by the inventory they keep. I have been to the Fayetteville Target many time over many years and it seems to be an ongoing issues. They are out of the water we usually buy, pillows, clothes, shoes and most recently cat litter. I know this is not COVID related since the issue has been going on for many years! The lady at the customer service desk at this Rogers, AR. location was on a complete power trip, she was extremely condescending to the customer in front of me , that was trying to make a return & there was no reason for her to act this way, I personally witnessed something, & I know for a fact it was definitely against store polices. They need to fire this lady, she tried getting rude with me, for standing up for this customer; I called a manager over & she straightened up her attitude as if she did nothing wrong. Even here in the backyard of Wal-Mart ("store number one" is barely 2 miles from here), there are still loads of people who don't want to shop Wal-Mart and are happy to have another big box in town. This is a standard Target (i.e., massive) with all the usual departments that you'll find in all Targets, though it should be noted that this is NOT a SuperTarget so the grocery section is very limited. Full-service pharmacy, housewares, clothing (men, women, boys, girls, babies), automotive, personal care, home and office, greeting cards. Loads of cash registers so there's rarely a wait. Plenty of parking, though the store is up on a hill so it's easy to lose it once you pull into the shopping center. read more

Every time I shop for clothes here, I imagine the what must go on when the apparel manager is ordering clothes to stock the racks. "Hi, this is Xxxx from The Rogers Target. I'd like to order this dress, I'll take 15 XLs, 10 Larges, 2 Mediums, 15 smalls and 15 xsmalls. Actually, scratch that, I'll take zero mediums, because we'll never put them out on the floor anyways" Seriously, why are there never any mediums on the rack??? My husband wears a medium too so I know it happens in the men's section as well. Rogers Target, why don't you order more of the sizes that are clearly selling? Make sure all merchandise is on your receipts, if not, they will keep your merchandise. I had a coat (online order) it was to big, I took a screen shot of the receipt from my email & that return went through, I had 2 boxes of hair color (daughter changed her mind) I screen shot that receipt as well, to make pulling up receipts easier, I thought my daughter bought both boxes on that receipt, but only 1 was on there. The Customer Service lady around her 30's; Rogers, AR. location; I asked her to please scan my target card to look up my receipts for the other box of hair color, she refused, she told me, to look it up on my phone myself; she was extremely rude. She kept the 2nd box, of hair color & said target keeps missed scanned items. saying it must had been bought the same day; then, she keep the merchandise. I was not going to escalate the situation, I had 2 young kids with me. I later get home to find out, my daughter had bought the other box, of hair color a different day & she had the receipt on her dresser. I called our family attorney & explained the situation, I told him how rude customer service was, he explained, what she did is illegal, keeping a customers paid merchandise. He is calling Target corporate. That lady & her job needs to go, this way no other customer has to experience this, she has no business working in customer service. Will never shop at Target again!! Twice we drove the 30 miles to the Rogers, Arkansas store after being told (and website) that they had several Mr. Coffee Iced coffee machines available, on arrival we were told that they had been out of stock for awhile, come back in a day or two, because they had more coming. after waiting for a couple of days, we called and they website showed they had them in stock, again , second trip, no machines, their employees know NOTHING, again, no more Target for us, Walmart does so much better!! A place of happiness and a way to escape the hectic world. You walk in and you're greeted with the sweet aroma of Starbucks and freshly popped popcorn. Screaming crying children are at a min if not a rare occurrence because target makes everyone happy. From their dollar section to the unique items they bring in from time to time. I could roam the aisles for days and always find something new. The ONLY ugh is the shoe section... I know the 30%-50% signs mean GET IN THERE but don't destroy the aisles. Geez. Calm down mom. That's literally the only bad thing there is trying to find shoes because they're so picked over and just spread from one end to the next. It's not just one time either. Wow, the changes that this Target has made with the lighting and displays is awesome! I love how bright the clothing section is. While walking past the men's department I noticed mirrors out near the clothes, I think that's a helpful feature so you don't have to go back to the fitting room to see how something would look. I haven't been to the Fayetteville location in awhile, but hopefully they are making these kind of changes too! read more

the only reason i give it two stars is because the staff is friendly. when you first walk in, it seems nice but when you get to the clothing there is junk everywhere. clothes on the floor, clothing with the wrong hangers, drink containers, shoes all over the floor. it's just messy. what really irritates me is that i'll go look at a pair of shorts & it's a hanger for a bra with bra sizing on it. not a huge deal, just very annoying. lastly, the starbucks is a joke. there are two people there who actually know what they're doing. if they had REAL STARBUCKS TRAINING they would know not to put heavy cream in my iced coffee. it tastes disgusting & is not worth 5$ read more

I usually love going to Target but EVERY time I go to this one I am displeased. Every time I go into the makeup section I never know the prices of anything because it's a absolute disaster. Stuff is on the floor, different brands are mixed together just a mess! Also the freezer section is a disappointment too. There was eggs smashed everywhere inside all over the door to them. I placed a store pick up order online, it said there were two of that item in that particular store. My daughter arrived at the store to pick it up. They stated it wasn't ready. I was on the phone with her and asked her to get a the store manager on the phone. Baylor gets on the phone and I asked if she was the store manager? She said yes. I explained the situation and she said there was no way to speed up the process. She stated she had to wait on the people in the back to get the item and scan it in and bring it up front. I asked her if my daughter could go back to the shorts section and grab the shorts and bring them up front. These were already paid for. Baylor told me no, they had to be processed first. So I canceled the order and told my daughter to walk back there and grab the shorts and check them out at the register. She walked back and couldn't locate the shorts so she asked the employee that worked in that section to help her find the shorts. She show the lady a picture of the order with the shorts in a photo, and the lady said she has no idea where they are. So my daughter walked around and couldn't find them. I called back and asked if there was more than one store manager? I asked is there one manager over the entire store? The lady said yes, I asked her name. She said Kristen. I asked if I could speak with Kristen. I explained the situation to Kristen and I informed her that Baylor told me she was the store manager. Kristen said, well she's the front and manager. I explained to Kristen that my daughter had asked someone in the store for help and they had no idea where the shorts were I also asked Kristen how they were going to find the shorts. She said it's not always correct online and they may not have them. I asked her if she could help her find them. She said if she'll go back to the fitting room one of the employees back there would be glad to help her. So I set my daughter back there, and they had the shorts back there and waiting the whole time. Very frustrated with the management and staff at the store. read more
