Hobby Lobby has always been one of my top favorite stores. It had managed to stand the test of time for decades. However, what I just experienced was in no way the "Hobby Lobby" my grandma and I once enjoyed. Upon walking in, my boyfriend and I were instantly judged by the employees. Granted, we might stand out. He does construction and I walk weird because I'm still in the process of transitioning from a wheelchair to my two feet. We were followed throughout the entire store. I asked four employees (including who I presume to be the manager) where something was...nobody would actually help us. I found this ironic since we were treated like we were trying to steal or something (I didn't even bring my purse in). Before moving locations, I almost had to be dragged out of the place opposed to a few minutes ago where I couldn't leave fast enough because of how uncomfortable I felt. read more

I go in this store and it drives me buggy. Hard to tell if I am getting a value because everything is always 40-50% off. I feel as if things are over priced if week after week you just cycle through the discounts around the store. I hate high low retailing. Also no shelf tags and I hate to have a magnifying glass the find the tiny price on some items. read more

I love the new store in Rogers. It's very spacious. My daughter found dvds she had been looking for. Fall things on mark down.

You can always count on consistency with Hobby Lobby. They aisles are well organized. The bathrooms are always super smelly and seem ill kept. There are always great deals on seasonal merchandiSe and decor. Tonight was no exception. I snagged some Merchandise, used the smelly bathroom and headed out. I will say that tonight there were a lot of employees working and the lines were quick. read more

We came to have a painting framed. Carolyn in the frame department was very short with us and was really rough with my delicate pastel painting. I had worked so hard on it and was so pleased with how it turned out so it was absolutely horrifying to see how she was carelessly slamming it around! I was seriously worried that she would ruin it, but fortunately the framing turned out just fine. I am sadden by the move you made. I always went there to buy sewing material. From sewing needles, scissors to material to work on my sewing. To hear/read that you moved to the Pinnacle, I was very disappointed. You are still the best place to go, and have the best sewing items. I live by the Rogers Airport, well in the Avoca area to be exact. Now it is a bit far to me to go there :( there may be times I get to go there, but it is way out of my way. I'm a fan of Hobby Lobby! LOCATION/PARKING: They are located off of Walnut, across from the Walmart Supercenter. They have a large parking lot in front of them... usually it is pretty easy to get parking, but there has been a time or two I've had to park a little further away. CUSTOMER SERIVCE: Customer service has always been friendly and helpful. I get overwhelmed in this huge store and I've always found someone to help me. PRODUCTS: This is a person's dream store if they are into crafts and DIY. To be honest, I'm not much of a craft/DIY person, but I still find things I need in here for my craft level. They offer a lot of things that aren't just DIY or for crafts, so that is nice for me! I've bought framed pictures/art, things for parties, and other decorating items. They also have furniture and items for every holiday possible. read more

I come to this Hobby Lobby about three times a week. Last night my 11-year-old daughter left her wristlet full of cash in the cart. We went back and looked for it and could not find it. I came here to purchase 6 copic markers. These markers are $8 a piece. After waiting for 10 minutes, unacknowledged, while an employee conversed with a customer less than 15 feet away from me, I left the store. I will order from amazon instead. read more

Current favorite store. I am here more than once a week lately. Staff is very helpful! Whenever I need something, I like to call ahead during my lunch time so that I know the item is available. I can seriously be at this store for hours and hours. Wish it was open Sunday's though... Wish they had more Cricut Htv vinyl in the store. Definitely my craft store of choice. read more
