BEWARE! Howse is not a trustworthy or customer service oriented company! I bought over $15k in living room furniture from Howse. Including 2 electric leather swivel/rocker/recliners (Palliser brand) in July of 2023. In May of 2025 one of the recliners quit working. We contacted Howse. First they said they could not service our chair because we lived outside their area. We live in Ft Smith. Interesting because it was no issue at time of purchase. Then they said contact the manufacturer, Palliser. They referred us back to Howse indicating they had service agreements with the retailer. Howse then stated we were out of warranty (we were not) but we could contact their service provider Serveco out of Georgia. So we did and opened a service request. Serveco required a $210 deposit to even start the conversation. Weeks went by. I finally gave up. On September 5th I had to argue with Serveco to return my deposit. So 3 months after my $2200 chair quit working...I still can't recline. Howse/Palliser/Serveco are all non responsive. I will find a local service provider to help me...but I will NOT forgive or forget this experience. My only recourse outside the legal process is to alert others about this poorly owned and operated business. HOWSE. Buyer beware! P.S. we are currently looking to spend at least that amount of money again on bedroom and bar area furniture. We will NOT be shopping with HOWSE. read more

Howse has the best quality furniture we found in the area. They were super busy but made sure to tell us they'd be with us as soon as possible. They could use more staff members to help customers, but seems like they have improved from previous reviews. They even offered to visit our house and help make suggestions and plan, which we might follow up on. We would go back here for more furniture in the future. read more

I was looking forward to visiting this store, as I am looking for complete custom living room furniture. So disappointed!! The sales staff was so preoccupied no one acknowledge my presence with a hello or even make eye contact. After at least 20 minutes of walking around and trying out couches, I left. I just purchased a house that I am having remodeled and need new furniture for. This looked (online) like a store that might meet some of my design needs. I was immediately dismissed by staff. To be fair, I dress like trash but I sure sure AF don't spend like it and was looking for help dropping coin to furnish my new place and Howse made it clear they don't want my business. I was treated coldly and mostly ignored. EDIT: I did find a light light fixture I liked and decided to flag down an employee (Brooke). I asked her if it was comparable with LED lights. She didn't know and assured me she'd call me the next day with an answer. Well (shock), she never called. I decided to call back and she informed me she "forgot." Clearly, they don't care if I or anyone spends there. I was about to drop $2k on a light fixture and their people can't be bothered to follow through on commitments. I should have walked out the first time they ignored me and left it at that. It's like they open that store to abuse and discourage customers. read more

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. I ordered furniture/accessories/art from their website, but I never got any tracking information. When I contacted them (multiple times), they seemed to have no record of some of my order or any idea when it would be delivered. I decided to visit their store to sort out the issue, but I was met with indifference and hostility. The store associates told me that their website was unreliable and that I should have ordered in person instead! They also ignored me when I was browsing their products and did not offer any assistance. I am now trying to cancel my order, but I am not confident that they will not handle it properly. I think this company needs to improve their online ordering system or take it off the internet, and train their staff to be more courteous and helpful. I expected better service from Howse (Rogers, AR). I hope they will take my feedback seriously and refund me as soon as possible for items that cannot be delivered, and deliver the items that have been sitting at their warehouse. read more

I was super impressed with Howse. I had been following them on social media, and after having driven by them so many times, I finally came in. Very attractive furniture and decor. Prices are higher, but a lot are reasonable - reasonable because they are of high quality and beautifully unique. Your home will definitely stand out with their furniture and decor. Great customer service - not pushy, which I highly appreciate it. They welcome you to take photos so you can think pieces over and if they will work in your home. You can also have a membership here - $100 yearly fee, but you get 20% off the price and other benefits. They offer complimentary design service - they can come to your house or you can send them photos of the room and they can send you design examples. I appreciate this because I'm sort of challenged when it comes to decorating haha. You can also customize furniture - they have a ton of fabrics to choose from to upholster pieces. I just wish I could buy that whole store! I highly recommend this place. read more

We've bought multiple items in this store, which we have always found on our own. We're not designers and assistance could be useful, especially on the quality of the items in this store. The ladies that sit in the front, I think maybe work there are useless. They don't even ask if you need assistance unless you're walking out. How does this store make money if they're associates aren't assisting customers. It never fails, every time I'm in there, no one greets me or us, and I leave with questions unanswered. This gorgeous store has everything you won't find at the bigger chains! My husband and I couldn't have been more impressed or had a nicer shopping experience. The folks there were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Found the perfect light fixtures for our front entry and kitchen nook. Beautiful pieces but really terrible customer experience. We're looking to furnish a couple rooms in our new home and were very excited to look for furniture and artwork at Howse. However, we were in the store for over 20 minutes with 3-4 store associates who didn't acknowledge us at all. We were some of the only people in the store. Incredibly strange and disappointing, as we had questions about a couple of the couches and artwork but felt too awkward to approach anyone and didn't end up purchasing anything. read more

I have been looking forward to going in to this store since moving to the area a couple months ago. I came in with my family, so 5 people,(hard to miss. PS- no small children) and there were at least 3 employees and maybe 1 other customer there.(12/4/19) Not a single person spoke to us the entire 20 minutes we were there. Horrible service. I expected to find some really unique pieces too. This was not the case. Typical, trendy pieces that I could get on Wayfair for half the price. Not impressed. Save your money. read more

Went in looking for some unique furniture. When I walked in the lady said hello and then kept chit chatting with her coworkers. She didn't ask if I was looking for anything or if she could help me find something. I had to walk over and interrupt their conversation because they were all too busy carrying on their own conversation. This place isn't welcoming at all, definitely don't recommend. read more

Terrible customer service. We have purchase furniture in the past. Happy. But a month ago we went in and talk with them. Then scheduled one of Howse' in home consultants come to our house. Measure and take pictures. Then ghosted. Texted and called nothing. Last week called and talked with Leon. He assured me the consultant still worked and would get back with us the next day. Nothing. Then I called to talk with a manager. Laura took my name and number and told me she was in a meeting and would call me that afternoon. 3 days later nothing.
