    We ordered a $7000 bed. We were told in mid December that the bed would be delivered by "a…read moretechnician " on January 16th. That's a long time to wait but we agreed. We received DAILY EMAILS from Sleep Number reminding us that January 16th was the date and to be ready (obviously to not inconvenience the installer). The DAY BEFORE the delivery we were told 12:30 to 3:00 for delivery the following day. ONE HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY - we were told it would now be February 6th. Calls to the Roger's AR store were met with dismissive attitude. We canceled the order before it ever was delivered. Sleep number is very proud of their beds - like you are privileged to have one. Unfortunately the service was horrible. We are done! Order CANCELED! Now comes the fight to get our money back.

I am completely sold on the 360 bed models. The warranty is 25 years, yes 25 years they expect their beds to last that long. With a maintenance check at 24 years they say you can expect another 25 years out of them. Incredible, I've had our mattress for 3 years and it's already almost time for a new one. The mattresses are on the higher side but they are for a lifetime really, in my opinion worth the investment. Give Josh a visit definitely worth your time if you are shopping for a mattress.

    If it were possible to give a "0" star rating, I would…read more We purchased a Purple mattress from this location for $3500...were assured that it would be at the warehouse in Fayetteville when we arrived to pick it up. Flash forward to the next day. When my wife and I arrived, our mattress wasn't in stock. We were given the next level up from the one we purchased after much negotiation back and forth. We decided after the initial trial with the Purple that we didn't like it. We asked to return it per the policy of the Purple manufacturer. When we returned it, we were only offered a store credit to purchase another mattress. We weren't offered the refund that accompanies the return of a Purple mattress. We selected a Sealy Hybrid that has been a very good bed in the time that we've owned it. There was a significant price difference between the two, so we were forced to spend the balance in the store. Frustrating experience at every turn with this group. The chain as a whole may be better, but this location doesn't make the cut.

    I went to this store to try a firmer mattress than the one bought from a different Mattress firm…read morelocation. The sales person assisted us in exchanging our mattress for a more expensive mattress adding an adjustable base in addition to original order. It took this sales person 2.5 hours to enter the invoice five times billing my credit card two times. Ten days later the second charge was still on my credit card. The sales person did not follow the original transaction to insure this credit was ever actually given. At the time of the second purchase we ordered a special pillow, only to learn 2 weeks later when the sales person entered the order multiple times the pillow was never added. When contacted on 11/16, sales person stated they would find out about it and never heard back from them. Then on 11/26 the sales person was again contacted and we then learned the pillow was never ordered. Such poor accounting practices and such poor follow up about this order would keep me from ever purchasing anything from this company again. We spent $5,300 and think that the service is really poor. If a zero could have been given, that would have been the review.
