From the start I let him know I was only gathering information about different mattress options available. He was very respectful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly each time I returned to the store with more questions and eventually my husband. One of the biggest factors in our deciding to go with a Joplimo bed is their philosophy of constructing the beds to last for our lifetime rather than merely 7-10 years, as well as their comfort guarantee.
