I bought a mattress in June in Arkansas and scheduled to have it delivered in Virginia a month later. I am completely sold on the 360 bed models. The warranty is 25 years, yes 25 years they expect their beds to last that long. With a maintenance check at 24 years they say you can expect another 25 years out of them. Incredible, I've had our mattress for 3 years and it's already almost time for a new one. The mattresses are on the higher side but they are for a lifetime really, in my opinion worth the investment. Give Josh a visit definitely worth your time if you are shopping for a mattress.

Sleepless in NwA!!!!…read more No more! From beginning to end, the experience at this place was bar none. We literally walked out of the place across the street first. The guy was strange and wore a suit. Personally if your selling beds, you should wear pajamas, but that's me. Any ways, we left and came across the street to Bedding Mart. My wife and I were greeted by the salesman, Matt. Very nice fellow. He gave us the chance to do our own thing and if we had any questions to let him know. We asked everything we could think of. Even weird questions like what's the jump factor rating on the mattress. He had answer for every one. Surprisingly. He gave us a hell of a deal on a new Serta mattress. It was our favorite too. So it worked out great. We got our mattress last night and didn't even setup the bed frame. We put it on the floor and fell asleep. Hard. Matt called us before the delivery to make sure we were home too. I mean the guy was superb. All in all a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place when your looking for a new bed. !!

Joplimo was our first stop! Josh (the manager) just opened up for the day but was very eager to help us find the right bed and educate us on mattresses. We decided which one was best for us and Josh gave us his bottom line. Well me being the frugal person I am I HAD to make sure I was getting the best deal in down. I was honest with Josh and told him we were going to stop at a couple more mattress stores. What a WASTE of time! Nothing compares to the quality of the products and the customer service of Joplimo. What really sold me was the fact that the mattresses are made local with the most high quality materials. When you have a warranty claim you can take it to the warehouse in Springfield and they will take care of it that day or you can take it to the mattress store in Rogers and they will get it to the warehouse in Springfield. Another reason I was sold on getting my mattress through Joplimo was if we need our mattress adjusted during the life of the warranty (firmer or softer) the company will adjust it at no cost to us!
