The smart bed. It is amazing. So they have it, and it's on sale for half the price that it would be if you bought it straight from China! I thought it was too good to be true. Nope. Then I had a bad feeling that they wouldn't actually ship it to me since they're in AR. Nope again. If you order online and you're in a different state, the website doesn't take into consideration that you might need to pay for freight shipping, so you might want to call first. They still are very inexpensive with freight shipping. Anyway.... Thomas and the guys are amazing. We had a snag with South East Freight Lines, but they were diligent and put up with me asking excessive questions with grace and poise, and WE GOT OUR BED YESTERDAY. It's amazing. I can't say that enough. These guys are first class all around. I will never buy from a local place now.

I bought an electric swivel recliner built by Parker House in January 2025. After a couple days of…read moreuse I noticed the arms were sinking in the middle. After a couple weeks the arm padding seemed to be gone and the indentation was about 1 1/2" deep. I should have notified Sams at that time but I can fix most everything so I bought some arm covers. Well the arms were not enough of a problem then the seat springs weakened to a point that I was sinking in my own recliner. The 12 month warranty period is over by a couple months so Parker House is off the hook. The employee at Sams said I could bring it to Sams and they would give me an estimate to have it fixed. I had already paid over $800 for the recliner and now I would have to pay to have it fixed. Well that's the last time I will step foot int Sams and I certainly will not be buying any Parker House products. $800 down the drain.
