Returned 4 foundations the next day and never got a full refund. It's been a year I have reached via phone and email countless times to get no direct answer or be told just wait til next month it should show up. If they can't do a simple refund then what if I have an issue with mattress will the same customer service apply? I don't know just would warn you. They will treat you great in the store but as soon as they make the sale customer service goes out the window.

I stopped in by chance one day and he was able to effectively answer my questions in a meaningful way. From the start I let him know I was only gathering information about different mattress options available. He was very respectful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly each time I returned to the store with more questions and eventually my husband. One of the biggest factors in our deciding to go with a Joplimo bed is their philosophy of constructing the beds to last for our lifetime rather than merely 7-10 years, as well as their comfort guarantee. We loved the bed and are assured that we will never need to go through the time-intensive labor of searching for a bed again. Time and money saved that we can now invest elsewhere. The delivery men (Derek and his crew) they recommended were also great! They completely set up the bed so it was ready to use right away. Kevin followed up within a few days to see how we were doing. I mentioned the beds were great but the bed massager was a bit noisy. He notified Josh, the store manager and Josh called right away, making an appointment to come by the next day. He was there on time the next day, got down on his hands and knees, crawled under the bed and adjusted the motor so it is now much quieter. The guy was strange and wore a suit. Personally if your selling beds, you should wear pajamas, but that's me. Any ways, we left and came across the street to Bedding Mart. My wife and I were greeted by the salesman, Matt. Very nice fellow. He gave us the chance to do our own thing and if we had any questions to let him know. We asked everything we could think of. Even weird questions like what's the jump factor rating on the mattress. He had answer for every one. Surprisingly. He gave us a hell of a deal on a new Serta mattress. It was our favorite too. So it worked out great. We got our mattress last night and didn't even setup the bed frame. We put it on the floor and fell asleep. Hard. Both sets of kids have enjoyed room pools of furniture and items that we have used through the years for practical purposes and fantastic, comfortable useful items they have made a difference in our lives. When we got home, a two hour drive, we find she gave us the wrong quilt. Called the store. They wanted us to drive back and make the exchange. When we declined that suggestion, they said they would ship the correct one but only if we would pay for the second quilt as well. Asking for overnight shipping, the clerk said they would only if we would pay the extra delivery charges. We declined. Once the second quilt arrived, we had to call the store multiple times over the next week to get them to send the return label for the original quilt. When the label was received and the package was returned with confirmation by the UPS tracking number,we again called over multiple days asking for the credit to our credit card. They would not check on it and said we should call our bank to ask them. Eventually the credit was given. I called the Pottery Barn corporate office to register our complaint. While someone did take note of why we were calling, the return call that was promised has yet to be received 10 days later. Pottery Barn, if you are reading this please do not respond with a form letter apology. You sell nothing that anyone has to have. All your products are enjoyment items. Dealing with you should be likewise.
