I've never shopped here in person, but have had amazing customer service via email and phone…read more I'd found a bubble necklace online and was told that Masons sold it in store. Since I'm a bit far to drive up just for a shopping spree, I emailed the company to inquire about the necklace. Liz emailed me back immediately to describe the situation: they were out of stock, but would try to see about getting the necklaces from another source for me. Not even a week later, she emailed again to let me know about new stock that had arrived, even sending pictures along. I asked her to set aside one in Teal and one in Salmon. She replied, asking me to call Cassandra at Masons' mall location, who would ship them out to me the same day so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend. And when they arrived? They were paired with beautiful earrings that I wasn't expecting and even a personalized thank you note from Liz just for shopping with Masons. I love it! Extremely delightful people to work with and I'm so happy with both necklaces and earring sets. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely stopping to shop with them again!

But I worked for a retail company that thought their products sold themselves for almost a decade. But I am a huge believer that great customer service is what really attracts the money. Today, my mom and I shopped here, we were the only customers in the whole store and no one helped us. At one time my mom was trying on one of the sample shoes and a red head girl asked, "those don't fit?" My mom responded, "unfortunately no." And the sales girl replied, "aw that's too bad." Do I need to say more? What a perfect opportunity for her to say, "oh well let me grab one in your size!" And that's even just the basics. There was about 4 employees in the store who could have easily made a sale from us. We looked at everything. We were ready to buy more than just the $18 sunglasses we got. But our interests soon expired since their interest in us didn't seem exist in the first place. Mason, I'm disappointed. I encourage the management to take a higher interest in the customer service of their employees. Customers need to feel not only welcomed, but wanted.

He did a great job of explaining the procedure with the supports. First step in the Brooks tennis shoes, along with the arch support, no pain! I was totally surprised. But what really sold me on the package is that, I can still wear my flip flops. So easy!! I am beyond thrilled. Matt was excellent to work with. While he was extremely business, he spent time with each customer, answered any questions, and wanted to make your feet feel happy! Thank you!

Absolute predatory sales tactics and unacceptable customer service…read more I came into this store and dealt with Matt. While he initially seemed very nice and knowledgeable, he used high-pressure, pushy sales tactics to talk me into buying $2,850.00 worth of shoes. I explicitly told him I needed to go home and discuss this major purchase with my wife first, but he aggressively pushed the sale anyway, so I reluctantly put it on my credit card. When I got home, my wife rightfully pointed out that we needed to wait for our insurance to cover this type of purchase. I returned to the store a mere two hours later to undo the transaction, only to be told that they have a "no return policy." I have never heard of a retail store refusing a return just two hours after a purchase. To make matters worse, Matt promised he would call me later to resolve the issue, and I never received a phone call. This business is now holding my money and refusing to cooperate. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be contacting my credit card company to file a formal dispute, report that the business is refusing a return on un-merchandise, and have the charge removed permanently.
