    This place is a joke. I was having trouble with my mask after a week of deciding which mask I was…read moregoing to use and picking up the extra cushions to hold me over until my initial 90 day period. I was having problems with mouth breathing and Parti adjusted the humidity on my machine. I was given different mask at Sleep study. She didn't even care about try different masks or suggesting I wait to try different mask. Anyway, after picking up extra cushions- I spent another few days to a week with this mask that I had horrible mouth Breathing. I decided to try one of the full face masks that Sleep center sent me home with. After a few days with the very fuller masks- I needed to change mask option. I went into the office- Front desk said she would give info to Patti- no response. Waited a week and called- left message for Patti- bo response. Waited a week- went in again and spoke with a nuce guy who did try to help, but they didn't gave replacements for this full face masks. He said he would forward message to Patti- no response. Sent an email to Patti- no response. So went to office again- spoke to yet a different person and I told this person if my frustration with getting no response from Patti. Finally received a response from Parti- she said I had already chosen my mask and couldn't change with Medicare covering cost. I had misunderstood- thought I had 70 or 90 days to decide- but instead if being patient and trying to understand what my understanding was- she was extremely rude! It is obvious she hates her job and isn't interested in being a "Consultant ". Luckily, the semi interested person I spoke with in the office gave me the AdaptHealth card that you use after your 1st 90 days to order new supplies. It also have a number of Pap Compliance number. I called today and thet were very nice and helped me. I will never go back to the Aerocare Home Medical again. Very poorly run and Patti is useless. Would rate a zero uf that were the option

I can also order and pay for the food from the Sam's Cafe and it'll be ready by the time I'm done shopping. Today they had door buster deals which are usually marked down as low as 60% off the original price. I bought the JBL Bluetooth portable speaker for $69 marked down from $149. Not to mention all the free food samples throughout the store that they usually have have out starting on Fridays and going through the weekends. And if you head over to the bakery, you can also get free Tortilla samples if you ask. The prices are just as good as Costco's, but their app and check-out system is way better than Costco. My only complaint is that the customer service here is hit-or-miss. You can tell that some people are just having a bad day. No worries. Overall this club location gets 5 stars.

It is conveniently located near my job. Your recent update for plus members to continue receiving free shipping mandated a $50 minimum purchase. I was fine with that and understand. I recently went to ship birthday flowers to a friend and saw a shipping fee included when checking out. I ended up starting a chat with customer service (see screen shot for incident number) and the short story is I have mistakenly been labeled as a reseller. I have been trying to get this resolved for three weeks now to no avail. I cannot actually reach someone in the reseller division of corporate. I was unaware I was only allowed ten shipping addresses or suffer this consequence. I don't know when this changed as I have been allowed to delete addresses from my list and add new ones. Perhaps a good safety net would be to not allow customers to do this? Also what happens if someone moves? I am being made to pay more than other people are when I am not a reseller. If I were one, would you not ask for my tax id number to also receive the benefit of no sales tax? See second attached screenshot from your terms and conditions. How is this fair to be the consumer trying to spend money with you vs other retailers and shoppers? I am employed full time with a very full personal life and elder parents children and grandchildren and friends that I like to gift items to. I have no interest nor time or need to resell. I didn't know that was even a thing. The so called investigation against me didn't check into any financial transactions to confirm that I am in fact not a reseller. Please corporate, please, consider an exception to this rule moving forward for me and others as I am sure I am not the only one going through this. Stop trying to making money off of shipping fees for people you have deemed resellers with no proof. You can't have it both ways. Also you need to have better reps answering your phone, as the last one said sorry I can't help you and I'm happy to cancel your membership if you'd like. What the heck?!
