They had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purposely sold me a two year old phone without telling me so and when I tried to return it after six weeks when it wasn't working well, they would not return it even though I was going to get a more expensive phone. read more

I wen in to get the new iPhone and Tim was the only one is the store. My friend and I came in thinking we'd get some asshole who couldn't care less that we were there to buy a phone. Tim greeted us immediately as we walked in and offered opinions and facts on cases and accessories for my iPhone 13 pro max and got me hooked up with a case that will hopefully help protect my phone from my friend inevitably tossing it down a elevator shaft. Because no one else was in the store he had to handle me and any other customers that came in. He was super nice and helpful!!!! I will gladly come back here again. read more

No fault of the salesperson but Verizon is pulling a scam on its loyal customers, $600 loyalty points doesn't do you much good if you can't use them to get the phone you want. The loyalty reward points should be for years you've been a customer, not whether you get an android or iPhone. Ridiculous. Guess we'll be taking our business where we can get the phone we want. So mad at the way that I was treated that I can't even put it into words. Do not go to Victra. Go to a Verizon store or to a different provider completely. I was overcharged and given three excuses for why. When I debunked one excuse, he went into a second and third excuse, finally rotating back to the first excuse and on and on. So stressful and frustrating. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM VICTRA !Deal directly with Verizon and save your money and sanity!I was robbed by this corporation and feel too exhausted to pursue this anymore.Worst experience ever. We transferred our business account December 28,2021.Finally in April 2022 our promotions were entered into the correct system. I called before our 30 days were up worried about my bill. I should have taken everything back then. I literally spent hours on the phone with different representatives trying to straighten this mess out. My bills were in the $1700 dollar range. A phone was lost , a phone was stolen, ect, ect..you can't make this stuff up. I did get a check for 1200.00 back which is still short around $90. I am not sure it is worth another phone call. I am so tired of hearing , "we are sorry you feel this way."this isn't about feelings!This is business , it is about money being spent ( $2837.00)and then not being credited for it. It is about a promotion not being entered into their system until 4 months after a transaction was made.The $20 per line professional set up fee x9 for my business needs seemed like a good idea until we all spent 2-6 days setting up our own phones, looking up old account information ect.. all of which was provided at the time of our professional transaction .I mentioned that a couple of times to a general manager, no mention of a refund. A business transaction is not personal, it isn't about excuses such as ,"I had some personal issues but I am back now"(Victra Business rep) "I deal with so many complaints daily, I can't remember everyone". Had major issue due to forced update and lost everything. They had helped me last year with something but today they were useless, didn't care and gave me a 1-800 number to get rid of me. Frustrating and unacceptable for the $300 we spend every month!!! read more

Do not go to this location. Go to the actual Verizon stores. Not only was there selection very limited, but the wait time was incredibly slow and the sales associate was extremely unprofessional. Not only that, she lied to my face about what I was getting. Assuming they work on commission because of the crap she told and sold me without really giving me a choice. Would love to put a 0 star for how horrible Verizon over the years has put profits before their customers. I came into this store to upgrade my phone and my moms and left with the price being too high which is okay but I was than called back bye the business manager offering a price for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12. I had him text me the quote for the phone price he was offering us so I had to on paper. After an hour working with him after going back in he failed to disclose pricing to use before getting us to sign a change of plan agreement. He mentioned multiple times an activation fee/ fee pricing between the 2 options given to us but failed to disclose it was to be payed monthly for 24 months. One being a 70$ charge a month for 24 months on top of the price quote. Add that up and you will notice how badly they tried to scam us. If I was not with my mother to notice what they were doing she would have sign into a plan way more than she was advertised by the manager that we have in text. read more

Do not go to this location. The manager is a complete jerk. The sales associate who helped me lied to my face. I asked him twice point blank what I was being charged upfront, and he said sales tax. I make my payment in store thinking the amount sounded high for sales tax, but I was ready to go home at that point because I had been there for over an hour and a half, and I had known what phone I wanted when I walked in. Their system and processes are just that ridiculously slow. I get home and look through the contract paperwork and find out they also charged me $20 to transfer my content from my old phone to my new phone. Had I known this was a fee, I would have transferred the content at home on my own time, but I wasn't given that choice. Lastly, I advise purchasing your phone through the Verizon website. I purchased a Google Pixel 3, and their price was $30 more than the Verizon website. So, I ended up paying $50 more to experience extremely poor service. Save yourself time and money and purchase through the Verizon website. read more
