We had the phone for 2 days, literally 2 days and not only received a bill in 2 days, but the $50 credit they claim will result in no bill for 2 months is not true as they add all these other charges that they never mentioned during the initial sales pitch. We called three times to be sure of the monthly rate before signing for this service and 3 different people gave us the same monthly fee but the bill is showing something completely different and has an amount due. This is a ripoff to elderly people who are on a fixed income and only need something for emergencies. Then you try to contact them on the phone and they want you to email your concern. This is a bunch of boloney!!
