I returned to Cedar Rapids and had the Geek Squad do the data transfer from the old computer to the new computer. The gentleman that checked me in said he could do the data transfer in 24 hours. Like clock work they contacted me almost 24 hours to the minute the transfer was complete. The Geek Squad in Cedar Rapids, super efficient & professional. So, the Geek Squad gets 5 stars.

He made an attempt to try and make things right and I do try to support local business which is why I didn't take it to Best Buy where I got the tv five years to be looked at in the first place. It sounded like he is trying to improve things since there was a more than a good chance the tv would have been repairable.
