If you're higher than other stores by an unacceptable amount I'll support the online wholesaler instead. It doesn't give me that warm feeling I get holding a record, looking at it, and deciding to buy it, and it's putting small business out of business, but if I know you got that on millions of records for $4-10 and you're trying to get 25-30 bucks I can't support you. The used records were priced what the new records should have cost. If it's not rare, I'm not paying $15 for something I can get for $2-5 at a record show back in Chicago... So I'm too spoiled to buy anything here but they had a decent collection, staff seemed nice, plenty of inventory. I wouldn't go back, but it might work for this town/people.

The staff was very friendly and the environment of the store is incredibly welcoming and cozy. While they don't have the largest selection in the area, I was pleasantly surprised to find numerous records which I had not seen anywhere else. One of the other cool things about the store is that they provide perfectly sized shopping bags while you are making your selection. These bags come in incredibly handy to hold on to whatever records you are planning on purchasing so that you don't need to set them on the floor or on top of the records. This perk is wonderful. Plus there are little hooks around the store which you can then hang the bags on in order to have both hands available to browse their selection. If there is one thing which I will complain about, and it is the reason I did not give the store five stars, it is the organization of the records. Within the genre of records, there appears to be no organizational structure whatsoever for the vinyl. This makes trying to find a particular record almost impossible without having to flip through hundreds of records which you simply don't care about. While I can imagine that it is a nice way to possibly find albums you didn't know you wanted, it was very frustrating and after about 30 minutes of looking through the albums, I simply gave up because I did not have the patience to go through every album in the store looking for a particular one. I will certainly return to the store anytime I am in the area but if you are looking for someplace that you can pop in, look for a specific record, and then leave, this is not it. If you are looking for a store in which you will spend an hour simply browsing through a selection, look no further, this is your place.

The rep suggested we have it repaired before trade-in so I'd get a better credit for the new device. We filed an insurance claim at T-Mobile and it kicked me out an email to make an appointment with CPR for a same-day screen replacement. I set my appointment for the next day and showed up a little early since I had no idea what to expect. The lady that checked me in was very nice and happily answered what felt like the most basic (dumb) questions to put my mind at ease. They even alerted me that my battery is in pretty poor shape, but since I'm just trying to trade it in I opted to leave it alone. I was able to swing back two hours later for my device and haven't had any problems with the new screen. Like others have said, I hope I wouldn't need to use their services again, but glad to know they're an option!

We kept getting jerked around when trying to get what we paid for and ordered online. No one has a clue, they are extremely rude and when we actually had another location saying they'd ship it to CR, they told them no! We were the ones making the phone calls trying to get one to be shipped here from another location. WTH?? So we order a third time being told it will arrive and it doesn't. Stop at the store and there's a Closed Permanently sign on the door! Maybe tell us that and give us our money back??? Of course not! So we had to bring corporate into it only for them to tell us they called the owner and he tells her "you have the wrong number" and hangs up! I called CR Cell Phone Repair and spoke to the manager and explained the situation. He (Kitty I believe his name was) mentioned that if I got it in there by 7:30pm they would be able to get it done (I have an iPhone 6+). Well things came up and I wasn't able to get there until about 8:30pm and he was already gone. I spoke to the girls behind the counter, both were very friendly and welcoming. The tech I spoke to explained to me that one of the parts I took apart had 4 screws and that 3 of them were in all different sizes. (Something that the you tube videos I watched failed to mention). She said that Kitty would be in the morning and that she would rather have him take care of it since he's better experienced with my type of phone. Now other places I have worked with in the past would just go ahead and attempt to fix it without even knowing about those screws. I appreciate the honesty in wanting to do it right, and the understanding of my urgency. I sent my wife to pick up my phone since I was just loaded with work and when she came back not only did they fix it my phone they even included a high end screen protector at no charge. I found the service more than capable, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and very communicative. Everyone I have spoken with and/or have met have all been great!
