We went to upgrade my daughters phone and get an ipad and watch for free. While I was talking to…read moremy husband the sales associate turned off my daughters phone. They said since we already took adavantage of the free apple watch and iPad during a previous encounter we could not do it now. My husband said just forget it and we won't upgrade. The Verizon employee and the manager said it was too late. They said we could not get her phone number back and there was nothing we could do. We were forced to upgrade her phone at this point and get a new number for her. I switched over from AT&T due to cost which clearly was a mistake. Customer service at AT&T was much better. I will be switching back based on this experience as soon as I can.

So G'ma and Mom went in on one for him :) He busted it open right then and there and he was so thrilled! What a great deal at $54!!!!! After the fun was done, he wanted to check out game stop even though he love VGE the most! My 7 year old was upset because they had the exact same box format $79! He told the guy about Video games etc and that told him that he was ripping off kids! He is an honest kiddo! Needless to say...In the words of a loyal and honest 7 year old..."Mom, I'm only going to Video Etc. From now on"! So thanks again for making my kiddos days and all of the fun interactions he has with his buddies there at the stores!

I went in looking for a phone for my husband and got me a super…read moregood deal and then mentioned that with a minor change to my plan, I could save like $30 on my bill. I like savings and it was a quick change. I went back in a short time later to add my daughter to my plan and spoke with Matt again (and someone else who's name I don't remember) and we changed the plan again and even with adding a line he got my bill down another $5. While we were talking, I mentioned the business account I manage and he referred me to a wonderful business rep that I didn't already have. The store is always clean. Has a good variety of products, what you would expect in a retail phone store. I would recommend.

He then said he couldn't remove it I had to call customer service. I called customer service and she said he did that so he could make commission on a sale and it was too late to remove because he put it in the contract without telling me. I have never ever had a good or helpful experience with anyone in the store or on the phone with the customer service center. Seems like not a single soul at ATT knows how to do anything they are supposed to be trainee to do.
