The dingbat from customer service with whom I was on the phone assured me that she had adjusted the rate back to what it had been. However, when I saw the next bill, she had done nothing. Fed up with Xfinity, I decided to change my internet service provider to another company. Xfinity sent me an email to pay the prorated balance of my account so I called them to discuss the adjustment to my account. They said my wait time was around 70 minutes but they would call me back so I didn't have to wait on hold. Needless to say, nobody ever called back. Then I got an email from them threatening to send my account to collections if I didn't pay. I called back the next day with no satisfaction. I tried to log into my account but they needed to text me a code to access my account. Despite the fact that I tried to get them to send me a code TEN TIMES without ever receiving a text from them, I called them back AGAIN and now I am waiting for the promised return call. Simply put, Xfinity sucks. Their customer service is the worst and it has always been bad. Some of the representatives they put on the phone don't follow through with what they say they will do and it is difficult to understand them in the first place. Would I recommend Xfinity for any of their services? Absolutely, as a company to AVOID!

Awful service and lies. Bought a new phone last week and was told I would get a credit up front…read morebefore purchasing. Once phone was already 100% set up I was informed I would not be getting the credit. I decided to forgive the mistake the employee had made because the phone was already set up at this point and I wasted two hours of my time. They sold me a liquid glass protector with it. One week later my phone connection doesn't work and there is a scratch on the glass they applied and failed to tell me about the warranty for (also did not give me the box and threw it away with warranty information.) I came to the store and they would not do anything about the mistakes they made or the phone connection issues. Manager did not even come over to try and help. Spend your time and money elsewhere

I paid extra to have the shipping expedited to 2 day and the total was less than half of what a local appliance part store quoted me. Part arrived on time and microwave is working perfectly. So, now I guess I can fix microwaves. Cool.
