Parts labeled in stock were not. Weeks go by with no shipment. Didn't respond to multiple emails. After a couple phone calls I got a rep that literally didn't know anything. For two years have been struggling with how extend the life of my Marine KVH Satellite TV system. I have spent hours on the phone with DirecTV and got only more frustrations. One 10 min conversation with Essa, and my problem was solved. He answered all my questions and helped me set up my system by providing step by step instructions and detailed diagrams. He was so pleasant and never once tried to upsell me on new equipment. I have a new company that I will be using from now on. Next, project with them will be a cellphone buster for my boat. One word: Disappointing. I have done business with this company several times and always had good service.....until now. I placed an order on 2/16, received confirmation, but heard nothing further. Tried to check order status over the weekend via their website, but got what appeared to be some sort of error page. This had been fixed as of yesterday - order status was shown as "in process (keep in mind that it's now a full week since it was placed). I used their "Contact Us" link to send an enquiry message, but no response as of today. Again, it's disappointing when a retailer you've had good service from in the past gives poor service like this. I really hope they sort out whatever problems they're having. read more

The communication with this company is horrid, shipping isn't any better. I ordered two items online. My credit card was charged immediately. Several days later the charge had disappeared from my credit card account. So, I called customer service to find out what is going on. Other than the initial confirmation of my order, I heard nothing. The CSR was very nice but had only been on the job two weeks. He seemed confused so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor told me one of the items was back ordered. He had no explanation why I want notified. He had a vague idea when the back ordered item might be available. I told him to ship the in stock item. He did and provided a FedEx tracking number that still shows determining an estimated delivery date, even though the item has been delivered. Finally, the second back ordered item came in. It was shipped, a Legefly, although I was not provided a tracking umber. A week later, I was told the item had been delivered, in Texas. Great! I live in Virginia. So more emails and a second item was shipped. It is supposed to arrive today. We shall see. For more than two weeks, I have been dealing with this dysfunctional delivery, shipping and ordering. I hope others are not experiencing the same dilemma. read more

They shipped me a defective cable. After 5 attempts to get a return label to ship the item back to them for credit, they still did not send the label. In fact, 4 of the 5 times, they did not even respond. I eventually simply disputed the charge with my credit card company. My advice: stay far away from this company. read more

I ordered a console face plate which was scheduled to ship june 21st and i ordered it 05/30/2020. Now they changed the ship date to july 13th. Needless too say never order a thing from them. I placed an order for a directv component dongle at 430 am PST on Thursday (09/15) morning and chose to pay for the 2 day shipping. I paid through Amazon - which has always met their 2 day shipping for Prime just fine. Come to find out this company has farmed out the order to some other vendor who will not even come close to meeting 2 day shipping (says it will be delivered between the 25th and 28th). That's 2 WEEKS after I placed the order. How is that 2 day shipping? I don't know if you think you're doing your customers a service by offering something that you can't provide and then not charging them for it, but believe me, I would have chosen to go through someone else entirely had I known you couldn't meet your delivery date. This company is a joke and I will not recommend them to anyone ever. In fact, I will recommend against them at every opportunity I get. With more and more people integrating a slingbox into their electronic suite at home, I sincerely hope that they read this and choose to go with other vendors for their cabling needs as this company provides nothing more than a convenient website and seems to think that's enough to get by doing business. read more

I ordered an antenna from this website on a Saturday morning and I chose to have 2-day shipping to insure that I was going to receive my order before leaving town on the following Friday. They said it was processed on Monday ( even though the website says it will be processed same day if ordered before 1 pm.) and the tracking is showing that I will not receive the package until Friday. I do not see how that adds up to 2-day shipping and definitely extremely disappointed with the whole experience and will probably send the package back for a refund if I can ever get through to customer service. Been on the phone for over an hour and still waiting. This is the worst experience I have had yet to date, and I do almost all my shopping online. Would not recommend to anyone!!! read more

We purchased a V7 Ultra-High-Capacity 20000 mAh Dual Port Powerbank (PB20000L-4N). This is the most amazing portable charger, and it didn't break the bank to get it. We are always playing Pokemon Go, which sucks battery big time. We never have to worry with this power supply around. It kept 2 iPhones charged for an entire day of Pokemon Go. It's a little heavy for a pocket, but if you put it in your backpack or purse you won't even know you are charging your phone while walking around. Gotta catch 'em all!! read more

I paid extra to have the shipping expedited to 2 day and the total was less than half of what a local appliance part store quoted me. Part arrived on time and microwave is working perfectly. Guys, beware if you want to return you order! They give some lame excuses for nor refunding your money right away, like they need to test returned product (even the simplest one) or they have 14 days for a refund. In my case 134 days have passed and still no refund. I'm not saying they sell inferior products. What I'm saying is they want to keep your money for as long as it is possible. I purchased one product from them last year and it works fine. There are problems with another product I've purchased from them recently and returned. I'm going to report them to BBB. read more

It was over two weeks since I had placed my order, and I heard nothing from Solid Signal. I finally called, and after some digging, they told me that they no longer sold what I ordered. A couple days later, they emailed me a suggested replacement, but it did not meet my needs. I replied to the email asking for a refund but heard nothing back. I called a week later and was able to confirm over the phone that they refunded my credit card. Communication on this matter could have been handled MUCH better. Needless to say, I have no confidence in purchasing anything from this company in the future. I gave two stars instead of one since the staff on the phone was very friendly. read more

I've purchased a few pieces of equipment before with great results. Let me preface by saying I'm not a DTV expert. That's why I recently did a chat to make sure a H44 would work with my existing setup; I relayed that I had existing equipment in form of (2) HR24, (1) HR21 and (2) H24. Was told as long as no existing Genie receivers, not a problem. Ordered, got it, hooked up and called to activate. Box would not work. Did a chat to see why and was told my existing network only allows for (8) tuners which was already maxed out prior to the H44. Was asked how hard it would be to expand tuner capacity..even asked if I had to mess with the Dish itself. I relayed all existing receiver types/counts AND the dish type and was given an emphatic "OH NO", all I'd need was the SWM16 multiswitch. Didn't really want to spend another $120 to add a TV that's used 4 or 5 times a year so was told my sales rep would contact me, no name, just that my sales rep would contact me. Weird b/c I didn't have a sales rep on the order since I bought it online. Waited a few days and no call back. What the heck, went ahead and bought the SWM16 device. Hooked it up according to the document on their site. All my boxes now got 771 error and couldn't connect to the dish anymore. Did a chat to see why and initial responder said their in-house 'DTV guy' was on a call and would call back right after. Surprise, surprise, no call back. Did some research on my own and discovered that I can't have an external multiswitch since my SWM is right in the dish itself. I found this same FYI on several places like dbstalk.com and swm8.com. Did a chat to get a return and now I have to pay a $30 fee b/c the card was already activated and the shipping charges to return. If I'd gone out and bought the stuff on my own b/c I thought I was an expert, I'd have no problem with this. But knowing I'm a DTV novice at best, that's why I did these chats PRIOR to each purchase. So because they gave me bad advice, I'm now out $30 - $50 (depending on shipping costs). read more
