My husband and I have been long time customers of AT&T. We recently stopped in this location to…read moreupgrade our phones. We had stopped at Verizon beforehand, just to see what kind of deals they had going on. We were told that we would receive $400+ each to trade in our current phones. The guy at AT&T immediately asked if we were already AT&T customers. When we said we were and just wanted to upgrade our phones, he seemed to lose any interest in helping us. He told me that my phone would not be worth anything as a trade-in. I asked how it could be worth $400 at Verizon and nothing here. His response was, "I'm not going to try to compete. You're not a new customer that I would be signing up. So, there is nothing in it for me and it makes no difference to me whether you remain a customer or go somewhere else." WOW... All he had to say is, "That is pretty competitive and, unfortunately, we can't compete with that offer." Needless to say, we switched to Verizon.

I took over a business in Nov 2019 and transferred the account to me. Found a MUCH better deal with…read moreright away and ported my number and service. During the November transfer and recent cancellation, no one from AT&T ever mentioned a certain time frame I must stay with them or an extreme $250 early termination fee (even with the 2 hr call to transfer the service to my name). This is ridiculous and if it's not waived, I will never do business with AT&T again. Trying to get a hold of someone at AT&T with common sense is impossible. Even when I dropped off my equipment at UPS, the UPS worker said "Keep your receipt b/c AT&T WILL TRY AND CHARGE YOU saying you didn't turn in the equipment" What a terrible reputation!

We waited for 45 minutes to get service and the store was not crowded. We wanted to upgrade one of our phones to 4G but didn't get the information we needed about the cost and the advantages. How can you allow us to sit there waiting for service while we did not get our task accomplished? This is unacceptable. There wasn't an effort to even acknowledge the issue.

Please please please, for your sanity, avoid this store at all costs. I had to go here for an…read moreinsurance repair on 7/7/26 for a cracked screen replacement. The repair went great and all, but once I got home, Maybe due to a faulty seal or improper installation (likely the case) the corners started to lift. I immediately called in to report this, but due to travel, could not get to the repair until today, 7/13/26. I called this morning to verify if I came in before 6, they would fix this issue clearly done by them, to which they said yes. Then the time comes, I spend an hour round trip getting here, just to be told no and turned away. The store manager, Andrew, is arguably one of the least professional individuals I have had to interact with. I pleaded my case, told him the situation, and that I wouldn't aimlessly waste my time driving here. I then repeated that I called earlier to confirm, to which then he flailed his arms in the air like a child and ran out back to call whoever he did to confirm, then came back and lied to me saying no one ever said this. I pleaded once more but he still said I was not his priority and should have better time management to get down here (I work til 4:30). Last time I was here, I watched Andrew get in a confrontation with another customer who complained about the service here (shocker) and raised his voice at Andrew, who started shaking with fear, and had to go outside for well over 30 minutes to cool off, slowing down repairs and customer service further. Over all, negative review if possible, do not waste your time or money here for subpar service, and people who do not stand behind their service.

I was in this store yesterday and Joshua helped me Went in…read moreto purchase new Samsung phone. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable and helped with selection. He expertly transferred everything from my old phone and at my request he wiped the old phone and transferred my wife's number to it. He reviewed our account and pointed out where we could save $100 per month. He took cues from our conversation to up sell softly on items that were important. Even though he had never done it he installed and configured a Delphi Connect in my car. By far the best experience I've ever had in a Verizon store. Kudos to Joshua and to Tim and Lindsay who helped.
