My mother in law took the ring back in and they told her it wasn't possible to get the rings closer. We wanted to keep our business with them but they left us no choice. We took it down the street to F.A.O. Jewelers. They were in awe. We dropped it off yesterday morning and by 4pm today they had it done. Completely re-soldered and looks perfect. They made me aware that many people have had this same issue. Very sad. Hate to write bad reviews against small businesses and wish they could change my mind.
