I used this company for an estate sale of my home specifically pointed out what I wanted so specifically pointed out what I did not want sold they sold items that were marked to not be sold. This company broke one of my dining room chairs lied about it and then wanted to try to deduct the cost of the dining room chairs out of the commission. They also broke my jewelry box. They told me that they had my vehicle sold and that they had a valid offer on the table which they turned around the next day and stated that the customer wanted to Pay $1200 less than what the original offer was. The sales guy that they sent here would do anything to get a sale he made all kind a false promises explain it to me that I would get a total of what was sold every single night none of that ever happened I didn't get a total to the end of the sale on Sunday. I was told that I would get my check for the state sale three business days after the sale was over which would've been Wednesday. Then I turned around and said you will get your check 7 to 10 business days which doesn't make any sense you already had the sale you've already sold my merchandise why should I have to wait 7 to 10 Business days to receive payment for my merchandise out of my home. They will do anything to get your business don't use this company they are not reputable and they do not follow through on any of their promises. There is nothing worse then opening your home and all of your possessions up to a company who then intern last to you so your items that you specifically told them not to sale and then breaks your items and then lies to you about it. This is truly devastating I can't believe there's anyone looking to have an estate sale please beware

Buyer beware! First I will state yes, I should have been more educated and I chose to make this…read morepurchase based on the information I was given. The estate sale had several old books I was interested in. Two had no price tag on them and when I asked what the price was Randall looked on Ebay and said he couldn't sell them to me without his "book specialist" appraising them. On Ebay they appeared to be worth $400-$800. The next day I was sent an offer and I made an offer back. They took a week to respond and in the meantime I did the best I could to research old books. The next week I met him again and he came up with the best price he could based on the "expert". Well I went and had the books appraised by real rare book appraisers. I paid $15 each for 2 seperate books that were worth $2 and $5 (thats fine). The "super rare books" I paid $175 for based on their "expert" those books were valued at $20 and $10. Yes their job is to get the most they can for their clients, but it should not be at the expense of the people coming to the sales! Anyone going to their estate sales should be careful. Also to be fair I did make an offer for a chair, I later changed my mind on when I noticed it was broke which upset them. While I was in the other room my uncle asked them to come down a little on the price and told him he might be able to fix it for me and they did. I did not ask my uncle to ask them for a lower price. He wanted to come because there was some art he saw online he wanted to look at. I say that because when I complained to Randall about the books (probably to harshly) he accused me of bringing my uncle to play tricks on him to lower the price of the chair.

We have also bough and visited sales of KD's and were always treated fair. I have dealt with several other good companies in the area. My main appreciation has been her team and their willingness to help me get answers and be treated fairly. Their regular customers also seem quite friendly and their seems to be an understanding on how they run their sales... Would not hesitate to recommend selling with them or buying from them.

The feedback I received from friends attending the sale was that everything was extremely well organized and that Team Louie had top-notch professionals running the sale. The other services they provided included throwing out the trash from the house in dumpsters and cleaning up the house from top to bottom both before and after the estate sale to get the house ready to list. They were very responsive before, during and after the sale, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. My sister and I live far away and having a trustworthy service provider to help us manage it all from afar has made the difficult process of downsizing so much easier.
