No need to make appointment because walk-ins accepted. if not sure, you may call their contact number. accompanied my mom to have her fingerprints taken for a job requirement. an older gentleman opened the door and welcomed us by saying good morning. it took a bit of a drive from West Bloomfield towards this location but somehow the guy who assisted us made it worth the trip because of his politeness and fast service. he would ask you first if he could hold your fingers and then pressed it to the scanner. for many years I have experience other people find it hard to take a scan of my fingerprints, however with this guy...he made it look easy and fast. instead of going to a police station - the guy made my mom feel comfortable. they charge $30 for the fingerprints and it takes more or less 3 days to get results - it is then forwarded to your employer. from filling up the form, signature and fingerprints scanned - it took more or less 10-15 minutes to finish the process. payment in the form of cash or card.

It's a bit hard to find because it's in a white residential-looking building That is retrofitted for many small office spaces and the sign out front is small and cluttered. There is a cozy little lobby when you walk in and Shajan's office is to the right, down the hall. He is welcoming and made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he was doing because he has done a lot of fingerprinting, especially for Edustaff. Never having been fingerprinted, it was a little awkward but Shajan Walked me through the process and it was fast and easy and kind of interesting too! Also, I enjoyed talking to him.
