When the boxes arrived, there was only a single sheet of bubble wrap used between both packages. Both pieces of art arrived damaged. The store filed a claim for one package but not the other. When I went in personally to ask for the owner, one of the counter employees was rude from the start instead of trying to help. This store showed poor packing practices, poor follow-up, and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others against trusting them with valuable or fragile items.
