Phenomenal Customer Service, above and beyond!!!!…read more I was in a serious computer crisis. My brand new MacBook crashed and died and Apple couldn't do anything to retrieve my documents or fix the problem in a timely manner. Of course, I was on a deadline and in the middle of contract negotiations that were to be finalized that Friday. I was feeling panicked. I decided to take my computer to Fuse, a company that I have relied on for years. I had called ahead and Dan was waiting for me to arrive. He stopped what he was doing and started working immediately on my MacBook even staying with my after everyone left to go home. He was so personable and conversational and his friendly, calm demeanor was exactly what I needed. He continued to work first thing the next morning and was very communicative throughout the process. He was able to help me resolve the issue and I will be forever grateful. His expert knowledge, speed, sense of urgency and ability to dissect technical issues and create solutions was exceptional. Thank you, Dan and Fuse Technology for never letting me down! Meghan

Between those, looking at the website and talking to him about my problem on the phone, I had a feeling he was a great choice, and I wasn't wrong. He was very available and able to come to the house, and my original problem was taken care of promptly, along with about 8 other issues I'd been having, for a very reasonable fee. I'm also more clear on what system to buy next when the time is right after getting some advice from him on that, as well. I'm quite relieved to have found a capable, trustworthy, local computer wizard.

I had previously spoken with the Geek Squad at Best Buy, who refused to even look at it for anything less than $200; and who instead tried to convince me to purchase a new computer. These guys were able to diagnose the problem free of charge. The problem turned out to be a minor faulty accessory which they were able to order, replace, and have my computer working in less than a week. The whole thing cost me half of what Best Buy wanted just to look at it. I recommend these guys for all of your computer needs and have been telling everyone to patronize them. (The only drawback is that the building is a dive, but if they were in a better building, the prices would probably have to go up too. They are located in a pretty good area though.)
