They were out to install and installed all 4 camera's. The system works fine but I had very little help or instructions on how to operate. There was a problem on my end with the cell phone so that was not operating when they left. I paid them in full and Kyle told me he would help me with the phone. I called for help which he did try by phone give me instructions by phone on how to set up application but there were problems and will not load video's on the cell phone. Told me 2 or 3 times he was in the area working and would stop by...which he did not. Not even a call and when I call him he does not answer. I have texted for help and still nothing. Make sure that everything you want done is done before paying them. The most important part of this security system was that I have it on my cell phone. So I am very dissatisfied and a unhappy customer.
