    Hired Kyle on 2/26/2018 to install 4 Security Camera's. l needed…read more4 Camera's installed outside and wanted a monitor inside and also on my cell phone. They were out to install and installed all 4 camera's. The system works fine but I had very little help or instructions on how to operate. There was a problem on my end with the cell phone so that was not operating when they left. I paid them in full and Kyle told me he would help me with the phone. I called for help which he did try by phone give me instructions by phone on how to set up application but there were problems and will not load video's on the cell phone. Told me 2 or 3 times he was in the area working and would stop by...which he did not. Not even a call and when I call him he does not answer. I have texted for help and still nothing. Make sure that everything you want done is done before paying them. The most important part of this security system was that I have it on my cell phone. So I am very dissatisfied and a unhappy customer.

I wrote the Better Business bureau, attorney general and he wouldn't reply. I threatened to sue him. He told me to have it repaired and he would reimburse me. I have been trying to get my money and he won't pay me. I have hired an attorney because I have a 3 year warranty and afraid another camera will go out in the future and he will not honor his warranty. He lies and stated that he has lost my address when someone contacts him. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. I am a Senior Citizen and he won't pay me $50

The biggest issue--want to cancel? Well, that's too damn bad because you'll get the runaround (the main number can't cancel) and when someone does finally call you back, it's a 3 year contract and you need to pay 75% of it to part ways with them. But, you want your home to be safe you say? Sure, sure. Prepare for 50+ alarms a day. The spruce bush in my yard is constantly up to no good and I have ghosts upstairs apparently because I get motion detector messages when there is no one up there. Maybe I can tweak it so it doesn't suck so much? Sure. Am I angry that I have to fiddle with this thing just in order to reap a non-negative effect? I am filled with the rage of a thousand suns. (Oh, I saw a fox on my outdoor camera once. That was cool.) Is there a smart panel? I wouldn't call it "smart" exactly. You get a panel, fwiw. You can get all of this cheaper, you can get all of this without a three year contract, you can get all of this without wanting to hulk smash all of it every time it tells you there someone on your porch (IT'S A TREE!     After being a customer for 20+ years they want to charge me $3 for a paper bill. Ok I went to…read morebeing emailed though I am a senior and like my paper bills. Then they want $5 a month if I don't enroll for them to automatically take the monthly bill out of my checking account. Don't like but was going to do it until I read their disclosure. It says I authorized them to initiate an electronic funds transfer out of my bank account for all" payments of my recurring services in the amounts indicated above". THERE IS NO AMOUNT LISTED ABOVE. I have called and got transferred around and they will only tell the the amount due. It says "in the amount is listed above" and it is not so I can't just authorize them to take out what they want when they want.
