When I asked about a prorated bill I was given a number to call. It took over 20 minutes to get an answer. The rep was relentless in trying to get me to stay with Spectrum. He put me on hold a couple of times and each time the deals just kept getting better and better. They started working on it right away since I was the only customer in there, but you know guys don't think about you standing there at the counter for 10 or 15 minutes so I had to ask him if they had a chair. I don't know why man just don't have the empathy empathy to think of other people's needs. they just get focused on the job at hand and that's all they can do, I guess but they did a good job and so I can't really complain.
