Maybe a good phone carrier--Not a good store…read more The day I went into this store was to pick up a replacement iPhone that my phone insurance sent to this store rather than to my residence. It was inconvenient--I was not interested in buying anything. So, I went first thing in the morning and arrived before they opened their door. I went inside when they opened but they mysteriously had 3 customers ahead of me. Told me to wait 30 minutes and that they put me in the cue. The store is small and smells terrible from the grocery store next store one wall over. It also wasn't very clean or fresh air for being opened for no minutes. I looked around and took some pictures. Then, I went to wait in my air conditioned car--it's still 100 degrees outside I am hopeful they'll call me soon. But unfortunately... 40 minutes later they still told me to wait a bit longer. I go back to my car. An hour and a half later they tell me they're sorry they still haven't gotten to my turn. Pathetic customer service. They were not sorry. They were helping others that had just come in verses calling me for my turn. Again--I only needed to pick up the replacement phone and transfer everything over they refused to just go in the back and get it for me. They failed all together. I told them to send the phone back and I'd call customer support. Just horrible experience. This location is on Silverado Ranch at Bermuda behind Dunkin Donuts.

I fear if it wasn't for him I would be completely stressed out and confused about my billing my plans left with my service getting shut off trying to go to another provider since I've never had such an inconsistent and highly fluctuating bill before. He really goes above and beyond always providing outstanding customer service. Always making sure I understand something and keeping me informed about any other promotions or deals going on for my household. Great rep

I have one from Verizon that works, but even though I was promised (and pay for) unlimited service, they cut me off at 15 GB which lasts me about 2 weeks. I need another option. I found a great deal at Boost Mobile, $50 for a Coolpad Surf and $50 a month for 50 GB! The nice folks at Rios Wireless got me set up and hooked up in about 10-15 minutes! I appreciate the friendly service. Works great, I'm using it now as I post this. You can shop around, but you will not find 50 GB for anywhere near this price! Thanks! SG
