On 8/16/2020 my family and I went in to get a new phone plan with Verizon. We were informed, due to the restrictions with COVID, that we would need to sign ourselves up to wait in line, and that the store had a limit for how many guests were allowed in the store at a time. The manager of the store, Taryn, came to the door and spoke with us. She asked us what was the reason for us coming to the store was, to get an idea of what she would need to help us with. She informed us about why we had to sign up to wait in the virtual line, and asked if we were okay with coming in at 4pm since that was the next opening she had available to help us. We assured her it wouldn't be a problem, and let us know that if there was a cancellation with her 3pm appointment, she'd let us know. We then went and killed some time while we waited, arriving back to the store a little early. Taryn came to the door and let us know she was almost done with the other clients she was with, and asked again what our plan was with our visit, so that she had a better idea of what she would need to help us with. We informed her we were looking to get a new plan with Verizon. She informed us that she would be willing to stay open late to help us in getting our plan together, and any other requirements and help we needed. Once we were able to be seen, Taryn was very helpful to us. She helped us figure out everything we needed for phones, and gave us good information in picking out phones that we wanted as well. She even made sure that we were aware of the small nuances of things, such as a setup and go fee, and other fees that were included for certain services that employees could do for plan members when setting up a new phone. Once we had our new phone plan, and phones were being setup, she helped with answering any questions or concerns we had with anything in regards to products, phones, and the plan itself. Taryn made sure that we knew the aspects of the various protection plans for our phones, as multiple ones were available, and made sure we knew what things were covered under which protection plan so that we could make the best choice for what we wanted. Taryn also made sure that we had all the items we wanted or needed for our phones as well, and did her best to help give us discounts on what she could so we would not have to spend more money than we already would be for getting entirely new phones on a new phone plan. Taryn stayed open late at her store for us, and did everything she could to ensure that we were helped, and every question that we had was answered. She made it known to us that she was readily available any time we came in so that we could be helped if we ever needed it. 1 Star - THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this store on a Tuesday at 5pm and spent TWO full hours working with a staff member--only to be told at 7pm that they were closing and I'd need to come back the next day. So I did. I came back the next morning--an hour after their scheduled opening time--and the store was completely closed. I waited outside for 45 more minutes. Still, nobody showed up. Not a single call, message, nothing. Desperate to finish what I started, I came back YET AGAIN the next day. It took ANOTHER three hours to finally get what should have been a basic service completed. Three visits. Nearly six hours of wasted time. All because of a completely inexperienced and disorganized staff. I am a small business owner myself, and I understand things can happen--but this wasn't just a one-off issue. This was systemic failure, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for customers' time. STAY AWAY. You will absolutely regret doing business here. read more

Taryn Graham provided me by far the BEST customer service while I was there! From the moment I walked in not even 3 seconds after entering she was saying Hello and making me feel so welcome! She was super patient and understanding with me as it was my first time ever purchasing a phone on my own and she made it 1000% easier with her product knowledge and her amazing ability to kind of just... get it. She understood exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't necessarily know myself. She was fast and efficient and wherever she felt like she lacked she made sure to make it up. She didn't hide any deals or specials from me in fact she told me about them and helped me get the best possible deal! Such a hard worker. I've been a fan of Verizon, but now I'm a fan of Taryn! AND she was the store manager personally helping me out... Super awesome! 10/10 I definitely recommend seeing her or going to her store. Wow- probably the best experience at a phone retailer we've ever had. We walked in on a Friday evening and there was only one associate working, Taryn. We did have to wait 20 min for her to finish helping another customer, but once it was our turn she was super helpful and all about helping us and getting us the best deals possible. Taryn had multiple people walk in after we did and we were impressed with how well she multitasked and helped everyone as best she could. She got us multiple deals and discounts without adding that much to what we already pay monthly. Taryn is a prime example of customer service. After having been jerked around by a salesperson at another store and the online and phone customer service, I dropped by the Factoria store as a last resort, getting ready to switch carriers. Taryn greeted me, understood my issue right away, and came up with a fantastic solution. I'll say right now that Taryn is the reason why I'm still a Verizon customer, and a happy one to boot! You have an employee who truly understands the concept of customer service in a world that seems to have forgotten how to provide it. I went to the Factoria store and received excellent service. The Store Manager helped me and was extremely careful with all Covid related issues. I felt very safe. Beyond that, I had a lot of unusual issues and requests. She took lots of time with me to make sure everything was perfect. When I left I could have clicked my heels together I was so happy with how everything went. She deserves a special award for patience and customer service. read more

We went to Victra in Factoria beause my Cell phone was doing unusual things and nothing was the same as it had been. "Taryn" immediately helped me and within just a couple minutes had my phone working and back to normal. We were also given a reduced rate after being customers for over 15 years and ended up upgrading my husbands phone too. The salesperson was nice but the hidden fees were not what I was expecting. When I got home, I saw lots of little fees like "set up and go" and if you sketch phones, you get charged again. After 3 months of Verizon, I switched over to T-Mobile and there were no fees. Just straight up the same fees every month versus monthly fluctuations in fees. I have learned my lesson unfortunately. read more

My new iPhone wasn't working and we scheduled an appointment to get it set up correctly. Taryn was the person helping us and she was great. So many hidden fees. I wish they would tell me about the extra fees for signing up. They offer all these "free" things and then later I see the bill. The salespeople are super nice but the way they are trained should be better. Be sure to ask for all fees before signing any contract. read more
